Nah bro, don’t let brainrot 36% crit dmg better than 80% dmg of Secret Vow lolol
12/24% HP and 36/72% crit dmg against secret vow’s 40% dmg, the bonus is unreliable
it’s 18/36% Crit Damage.
Blade gets a lot of dmg% from his skill. Crit DMG and MaxHP scales better on him.
This lc dosen’t synergize with Jingliu don’t use with her
so this will be good on one of those upcoming HP scaling characters probably. Maybe Tingyun? I hope she’s not actually a break character

I may remember wrong but her attacks don’t drain her own HP, they drain everyone’s except her own (otherwise Blade LC would be better for her)

Its a buff for F2Ps who were using Flames From Afar or A Secret Vow at any imposition and don’t want to pull lightcones. If you’re still using Blade, you don’t really care a whole lot about his damage; lets just look at the positives since its free. Over those options, it is absolutely a buff.
