who is the new sim universe lc good for?
Herta, himeko, argenti ult etc (the 180 energy version). Multi-hit attackers basically.
It’s an attack stat stick for erudition. It’s good on all of em since they all have AoE in their kits.
personally id like to get a sim uni mode with no/less powerful blessings; part of me dislikes how blessing and rng reliant clearing simuni is, since the only real form of account powerlevel progression comes via the ability tree and dice faces. i think it would be cool to have >= moc 12-power levelled enemies in simuni since it would make dual sustain more relevant while also being a good test of overall account strength
Reminder, that V2 usually does not have any significant changes regarding a characters kit. It more often than not contains minor changes, some possible bug fixes and primary wording of abilities. There is also a good chance there is 0 changes by V2 as they are primary still just gathering data at this stage for potential bigger changes a character might need.
V3 is when you can expect major kit changes if Hoyo deems that said character was in need of these type of changes .This is the one people are hoping for to fix stuff regarding her current kit and you should not expect to see anything like this for the V2.

I don’t like it how Jade is niche to PF only. I expect her to have sort of capacity aside from mob sweeping, much like Jing Yuan’s Lightning Lord and Argenti’s 180 energy ultimate. If Jade stays her current status after V3, it is possible that future characters are going to make her better and she was preemtively weakened to prevent future imbalance, which is a worst experience a character can have because you have no idea when the future teammate will come.
Would’ve been cool if her empowered follow up had more than just a multiplier increase. Give it an added bounce effect that works both in mobs and allows her to focus it down on single target. Anything at all.

Firefly V2:
The CN text finally made it clear that her 12% damage bonus vs. weakness broken enemy is a vulnerability type of modifier instead of a damage amp. Vulnerability is a rare kind of modifier and boosts all kinds of damage, including super break damage. Damage amp is rather common and only benefits ordinary damage.
There is no more changes in V2.
There is a noteable thing that some new curios in simulatet universe have super break damage, too. It is supposed to be able to stack with the HTB’s super break damage.
Curios, as in more than one? That’s interesting that they’d make a few of them instead of just one. Would definitely make Boothill and Firefly have some crazy builds, and more playstyles like this in SU is always nice. Probably also goes well with that drink curio that gives you 20% break effect per path that you have a blessing of.
Best path for that may weirdly be nihility for the advanced resonance that reduces the enemy toughness once they recover, but hunt/erudition blessings for extra turns and ults should be very strong. The DoT bonus from the die is pretty useless, but I don’t think any of the dice have a good effect for break/super break. Remembrance could help keep the enemy broken/frozen for long periods of time, while destruction can shred defense iirc.

For what I have seem. I don’t think that’s super break damage. The description of those curios do not explicit writes “super 🍞 damage”. But some of them does works like it. For example:
– one of them let your Destruction character trigger Fire, Wind, Lightning, and Physical Break Effect when attacking a weakness broken enemy.
– one of them let your Fire/Physical character deals an 100% damage of the break damage they dealt.
But there seems to be a new kind of buff system works together with Blessing. Maybe we would find 🍞 there?
These do sound like regular Break. If anything, the first sounds like it either applies the associated Break DoTs or triggers them (will need to see the exact wording to discern).
But anyway, the main distinction is that Super Break is reliant on the Toughness dealt by the attack, rather than the enemy’s own Toughness.
There are stuffs that directly mention the super break damage.
There is a new curio that says when a character’s HP changes, the curio grants a single-use access to the super break damage at 70% of the base value. Since the super break damage is reduced, I suspect it is stackable with the HTB’s ultimate.
There are several interesting blessings that look like a mix of the powers of existing pathes, possibly the upcoming Harmony path in simulated universe, including one that allows DoT to crit. There is also a blessing that allows super break damage to be dealt, and also gives +100% bonus to it when the character has 15 stacks of the destruction path buff that gives some attack and defense and I’m not sure what is it called in English.
That sounds stackable. HTB “convert” the toughness-reducing damage. So if that curio directly gives access to 🍞, then we still have the “toughness-reducing damage” part unchanged which can get converted by HTB.
If the blessing can allow player to deal 🍞 without HTB, then it is very likely to be Harmony path blessing. And they may be stackable with HTB too.
As of the 15 stacks of the destruction path buff? Do you mean “Grit”, which stacks up to 35 -> 45 and grant character ATK and DEF.
And that kinds of blessing may be “Resonance Interplay”, automatically activated while you have 3 currently chosen path blessings and 3 other certain path blessings.
The Destruction path buff you’re referring to is called “Fighting Spirit” in English.
Since you say they’re a mix of the different paths, they’re probably like the “resonance interplay” (name might be wrong) from SD and G&G where if you get a certain number of buffs from a certain path you get a bonus effect.
Nah, there are literally too many to be considered a resonance interplay.
The wording for them are the same as the HTB, but I guess the word “convert” does not mean what it looks like in natural language. In a programming perspective, it is rather an additional damage popup using an alternative damage formula refering to the toughness reduction of the attack. If multiple instances of such a program apply on the same attack, there is simply multiple instances of additional damage popups.
If it was sort of singular entity and needs an access to, then the access itself also has a multipler to the super break damage, and things can be complicated when multiple instances stack. There is an instance that reduce the super break damage, too, meaning it would be a solely negative effect when you have HTB or the said blessing.
I did not see the thing that reducing 🍞, but I do find there’s a new negative curio can decrease your break efficiency by 100% for 2 turns. Which means you can not deal 🍞 without having any break efficiency buff, lmao.
That curio doesn’t looks like other curios, it has multiple variants using the same image assets. I suspect this may related to the new kind of buffs in the Divergent Universe.

My HTB currently has a crit DMG body, physical orb and 260 BE + 144spd (300 BE once Ruan Mei’s BE and Spd buffs are accounted for)
Once I level her ult she should at around 360 BE while it’s active so I’d say she’s good enough for now

The limited characters in the 2.4 patch are rumored to be Jiaoqiu and Screwllum. We will find it out by the end of the 2.2 patch.
Since Feixiao is rumored to be a general of a Xianzhou where foxfolks are the majority of the population, maybe Feixiao is a foxfolk herself, too.

It’s said that a martial race is going to be held at luofu and the warlike general Feixiao participated in the race as well. She’s going to be a fighable boss. She summons minions and connects the minions’ HP with hers.
according to HomDGCat , she is a weakness break – FUA character (HomDGCat noted that the FUA are a possibility and that she might not have any) who apparently fires missiles in her Technique(makes sense as the Yaoqing is very closely connected to the IPC), other than that there’s a minor story thing that ig could be spoilers so I won’t say it.
Gameplay-wise I predict if she does have FUA, that she could trigger them based off weakness breaks like Himiko but thats just a theory. Other than that, it could be true that we don’t acctually visit the Yaoqing since in the same Xianzhou story we’re getting Yunli(dedicated Yanqing support) whos from the Zhuming. There was one leak that said they’re all coming from different ships for a Wardance festival/tournament event(Wardance is the sword chamionship thing that Yanqing wants to win). Wardance makes more sense since Yunli leaks seems to heavily ship her and Yanqing( a rare W for him lol). Oh yeah some other leak also described FeiXiao as a Foxian

I literally got mad, I was so disappointed. Like no way Luofu characters come in and ruin the ending, would’ve never got any Xianzhou characters again. I nearly spoiled it for myself by almost searching it up online cuz like I wanted to see if other people were ranting but it was so unsatisfying like there was no way it got past quality check or whatever they have so I forced myself to press on and after seeing like aventurine completely unexplained and like Dr Ratio being nicer than usual I also realised that there was only 1 phase.
In the fight I actually turbo griefed myself by Running Acheron, Ruan, trial HTb and Aventurine. Completely forgot she needed a nihility char, made the fight actually last longer though which is nice. I sometimes clear story bosses 2 fast nowadays (literally had to holdback in the 2.1 aventurine battle so I could hear his voicelines properly), would love like a hardmode version of the campaign that gives you a cool phone background or something.
Really enjoyed the boss though, penacony story was fantastic in general. The Misha part actually made me cry. Can’t wait for the interlude (I want good things for aventurine but the IPC are actually giga-evil idk he already bet on getting promoted so not sure what’ll happen). My favorite HSR trailblazer questline for sure, not sure how they’d top this.

Bro, I ran the FuA comp (Aventurine, Topaz, Dr. Ratio, Robin) and it was so sad seeing them break and then kill all the Puppet Elites without them getting to use their mechanics. I still don’t know what any of them do. They died before they got their turns in.
It was also a bit of the case with the final fight. The last phase never gets to use their move. They get fully broken at day 5.
@Oicmorez damn bro that sucks. Its a bit of a problem with well invested accounts that I hope they address in the future. I love building strong teams but it sucks when it interferes with the narrative y’know? Like if something is meant to be strong lorewise it should feel that way. Makes it less satisfying when you invalidate a boss fight. I think an optional hard-mode would be a nice fix.

It’s very unique compared to the other bosses we’ve had so far, and I definitely enjoyed it the fight.
For me, the best part was the whole atmosphere. The voicelines when you use the cut-in attack, which changed each time you used it, as well as Clockie and the Trailblazer stand to the sides as the train passes, it was great. I’m actually very disappointed that the weekly boss version doesn’t have the same animation.
However, if I have to hear “DISORDERLY NOISE” once every time I hit the boss, I’m going to get really sick of this boss very quickly.
Ye, him repeating the same voice line again and again when being hit is annoying. Hopefully when we mention it in the survey, they will change it to only happen every few hits

One thing I didn’t like is the way we got Harmony TB. A flashback in them middle of a conversation, and boom, we have it… I wish we got it more like we got the Fire one.
At least we got to use them soon after without having to build them.
I Think the reason to get the new path is a bit wavy. TB got it because Xipe glanced at him/her, like Qlipoth did, but unlike them Xipe didn’t say anything. If Sunday were not an emanator of Harmony /Order, why would he see the glance of the Aeon? the rest of the crew + Firefly didn’t seem to notice it either.
Whole thing looked like “here’s your path, good luck!”.
From a gameplay perspective, I think it was the right choice: even if they killed the thrill of the discussion with Sunday, they got us to experience the new mechanic and the character before heading into the real fight, unlike that time against Cocolia where the tutorial happened in the fight.
As a result, the fight against the Penaccony’s boss felt way more nice because we had time to test the character before, and our minds were not divided between learning and living through the encounter.
It was really cool.

But what confused me was when Black Swan was summarizing, she said: Everyone died in the battle with Sunday. She also mentioned that she could roll back time, but from what I understand that was part of Ena’s dream, because after that, TB wakes up and everyone’s kinda alive. Was the phrase about everyone being dead just an attempt to wake TB up?
