Hoyos, I have an idea. Instead of making a ton of text what leads to: “unusable on anyone but jade but like two times better than others on her”, just copy HI3 system. Like: “this weapon is a piece of trash. Jade equip bonus: this LC becomes useful.”
BTW, 16CR, 48 FuA affix and 20% DEF ignore is too much, isn’t it!? Of course, Jade is really weak herself and they try to compensate, but still… Why won’t you add some JADE buffs instead of making cracked LC? Ah. yeah, how could I forget… Money.
I thought Herta could use this lightcone pretty well, am I wrong?
Herta, Himeko, Jing Yuan, even Argenti can squeeze some juice because that also helps Ultimates to bypass defense

Dr. Ratio’s LC provides essentially the same effects, but better, yet I don’t see any *complaints* about it being “too much”?
At least Ratio LC may be tolerated because “if you want him to be strong, pull for his BiS since he’s free himself”. So this LC IS “too much”, but no one complaint. Just like no one really cares about the fact every second new character has just two (Acheron, both are gacha and you’ll never get one if you don’t pull for cones like me) or literally ZERO (Boothill) f2p options. Ratio at least has them.
Only Jade when it works as first or 2nd Bis for half of the Fua characters?
It needing a basic attack to trigger the Def% shred makes it pretty tricky to use on anyone but Jade.

In PF there’s always an enemy you should prioritize, being Trotters or Bosses.
Yes but non-Jade erudition units that are not Qingque do not usually basic attack so it’s kinda weird on them.

Well technically her E4 has a chance to launch a follow-up attack, but it has a 24% chance to trigger it though. Basically, she has an occasional chance that she deals a good amount of the damage, but most of the time you’re doing subpar.
IMO, not a viable LC for Qingque, but if you want to try, no one’s gonna stop ya.
Ah yes Qq. the one character that was gambling and secretly wants to run a gacha company, before Aventurine became a thing and became the one true gambler.
