Phainon (STC)
A Physical Destruction character who really likes to be buffed.
– Basic ATK
Deals Physical DMG to a single target. Gains 1 point of Memory.
– Skill
Deals Blast Physical DMG to enemies. Gains 2 points of Memory.
– Ultimate
Consume 12 points of Memory and summons a Territory, entering an enhanced state. Phainon cannot gain Memory during the enhanced state. Additionally gains 4 points of Ruin.
During the enhanced state:
* Immune to CC
* Increases ATK and Max HP
* Reduces DMG taken
* Attacks deal extra Toughness Reduction
* Self-buffs extend by 1 turn
* All other allies leave the field
– Territory
While in Phainon’s Territory, all enemies gain a Physical Weakness and Phainon gains eight fixed special turns in the action order. After all eight turns have passed, exits his Territory and transformation, all allies return to battle and their SPD is increased. The interval between special turns is fixed, and buff/debuff durations do not decrease during these turns.
– Talent
When another ally uses their ability targeting Phainon and inflicts a buff on them, he gains 1 point of Memory. Phainon can also gain 1 point of Memory when being hit by an enemy. Memory can be stacked up to 15 points.
When gaining Memory, Phainon’s CRIT DMG is increased, lasting for 2 turns.
When reaching 12 points of Memory, Phainon can cast his Ultimate.
– Technique
Increases max Technique points by 3 when Phainon is in the team. Consume 2 Technique points to hit all enemies within his range and enter battle. When entering battle with an Elite enemy, all allies recover a fixed amount of Energy. When entering his Territory for the first time, gain 2 additional Ruin points.

– Enhanced Basic ATK (Q)
Deals Blast Physical DMG to targets and gains 2 points of Ruin. Ruin points can be used in place of Skill Points. Up to 6 Ruin points can be held.
– Enhanced Skill 1 (W)
Forces all enemies to act and obtains Ruin points equal to the number of enemies. Restores HP and dispels all debuffs. Gain a Counter status until the next turn, and when attacked, deals Physical DMG to all enemies. This is treated as Skill DMG, not Counter DMG.
– Enhanced Skill 2 (E)
Consumes up to 4 Ruin points. For each Ruin point consumed, deals Physical Bounce DMG to enemies, up to 4 Bounces. If 4 Ruin marks were consumed in using this skill, also deals Physical DMG to all enemies.
– Enhanced Ultimate
Automatically triggers at the final special turn while in his Territory.
Deals Physical DMG to all enemies and exits the Territory and his enhanced state. If Phainon’s HP is below a certain threshold, triggers Enhanced Ultimate early, but the DMG multiplier is reduced.

T1: When Phainon enters battle or his Territory, his ATK increases, stacking up to 2 times and lasting for 2 turns.
T2: When receiving shields or healing from allies, Phainon’s DMG increases, lasting for 2 turns.
T3: When other allies regenerate Energy for Phainon, gains 1 point of Memory. This effect can be triggered up to 1 time each turn, and resets at the start of Phainon’s turn.
His kit is very efficient, he has everything

Strong at first sight – but he BADLY need full team of buffers
AND i think we all understand that his skills and numbers of damage will be nerfed many times before he will be released

Character Buffs Update (STC)
Blade
* Basic ATK, FUA and Ultimate now scales with HP instead of ATK.
* When using Skill, Taunt value is increased by 100%.
* T3 now additionally restores Energy.
* At E1, accumulated lost HP will no longer be cleared.
Jingliu
* Basic ATK, Skill, Ultimate, and E1 now scale with HP.
* Upon entering Spectral Transmigration, gains 1 stack of Syzygy.
* ATK bonus from Spectral Transmigration and E4 changed to a stackable CRIT DMG increase.
Silver Wolf
* Skill now adds the Weakness of the first ally on the team.
* Ultimate now reduces the DEF of all enemies.
* Base chance to apply debuffs increased.
Kafka
* Talent adjusted so that any attack used by allies can trigger Kafka’s FUA, not just Basic ATK.
* FUA can now trigger DoTs.
So SW basically is just Pela with additional Res Pen but worse ult uptime, not sure if she will be better than Cipher in Acheron + Jiaoqiu team. I think there is no hope for Acheron to compete with 3.X dps at this point.
So Silver Wolf skill remain a single target? at least they should give her extra 1 turn after ult like Gallagher and change atk + qua dmg% trace because it’s really useless.
Her value rn is arguably a 2nd best support for Castorice and a slight upgrade for Acheron team, that’s it lmao. What a disappointment.
The buffs dont look that strong, but we need to see how strong theyr will be after the update.
Curious, will HP boots perform better than SPD boots on Jingliu?
