I hope that HoYo is going to fix the power creep issue because it is so sad that currently the average player can only use a great DPS for like 6 months at best before the next super OP DPS power creeps it completely.
Investing vertically usually doesn’t worth it compared to horizontal investment since getting new characters is more fun than Eidolons.
But just because we like getting new characters it doesn’t mean we do not still want to play the old ones.
Especially players who paid money to get them. Power creep sucks even more for those who paid money for the characters.
The worst thing about this power creep issue is that it is completely un neccessary for HoYo to do this, we all know that most of us will Pull for the new characters anyways even if we do not need them! Because they are cool or beautiful or have interesting new mechanics.
So the only thing that happens is that actually we might not wanna pull, cuz they get power crept fast anyways.
This high power creep might backfire on HoYo soon!

that only difference between genshin and hsr is that genshin has like the most balanced in terms of powercreep like the 2nd endgame also made it clear it dose give bad rewards but at least I can still clear the abyss with the character I like

Well it was made for loading speed and compatibility purposes.
This is something to look forward to on the near future . Very interesting theory if I can call it like that. Can’t wait for Screwllum.
Screwllum
Apparently leaked recently to be coming in 3.9. A 5* Imaginary Erudition character that is a must pull for any account. Good for new players and synergises with everyone.
Basic Attack:
Deals Imaginary DMG to an enemy.
Skill:
Deals very minor Bounce Imaginary DMG with X Bounces in total. X is the amount of Erudition characters you have * (your total login days / 2)
Ultimate:
Deals massive AoE Imaginary DMG to all enemies. Using the Ultimate costs 1,600 Stellar Jades.
Talent:
When a character uses an AoE ability, Screwllum launches a follow-up attack, dealing minor Imaginary DMG to all enemies. For each consecutive 50/50 win, the DMG is exponentially increased.
Technique:
Screwllum uses his logical thinking to formulate the next strategy. Upon using the Technique and upon entering the next battle by attacking an enemy, all enemies’ stats are randomized from a value of 1 to 65535.
Traces:
* When attacking a Weakness Broken enemy, converts the Toughness-Reducing of the attack into 1 instance of 9999% Super Break DMG and True DMG.
* When Screwllum receives healing or buffs, his Action is Advanced by 100%.
* Screwllum’s ATK is further increased by your Account Level * 1000.
Global Passive:
After obtaining Screwllum, gain the “Erudition’s Folly” effect: When you obtain a 5* character through Warping, there is a chance to trigger the “Screwllum’s Radiance” effect. While under the “Screwllum’s Radiance” effect, there is a 55% chance to gain the featured 5* from the Event Warp, and a 45% chance to gain Screwllum.
For every member of the Genius Society you own (Herta, Ruan Mei, The Herta), the chance to gain “Screwllum’s Radiance” is increased by 5%.
Additionally, all other Global Passive effects are nullified except for Screwllum’s.

Basic ATK:
Deals Wind DMG to an enemy based on HP.
Skill:
Heals allies based on max HP ?% + ?, summons her summon or heals it based on max HP.
Ultimate:
Gives herself a buff that lasts for ? turns, when she has this buff she increases all allies HP based on a % of her HP. Also heals allies based on max HP ?% + ?, summons her summon or heals it based on max HP.
Talent:
When her or her summon is healing, increases her summons damage by ? lasts ? turns and stacks up to ? times.
Traces:
* All attacks by summon have 100% crit rate.
* For every speed point her summon has greater than 200, increases healing by ?.
* Increases effect res of all characters by ?.
Summon:
* Launches an attack when moving.
* When allies HP is under a %, heals summon consumes some of it’s own HP to heal our party.
LC:
Increases speed by ? When the wearer or summon uses normal, skill or ultimate, consume a ? amount of team HP. When the summon atks, increases damage taken by all enemies by ?.
Maybe worth getting a copy of this LC and giving it to RMC for more HP absorption.
No Cleanse?
One of the summons abilities is missing so no idea yet. It’s also pretty basic for now.
For those thinking why does her base kit not have a drain and it’s only on her LC. She DOES have a drain in her base kit. her summon consumes it’s HP to heal allies that fall under a certain %. This HP consumption will effect Cas’s Dragon.
when does 3.3 beta start? Like next week? 4 days from now?
Normally within days of the patch. So likely just over a week.
