I’ve posted something about this before on the Genshin HHW, but I wanna let y’all HSR lurkers know beforehand.
There are rumors that banners are changing starting from 3.0. If this is true, then THE Herta and Aglaea’s banners will run simultaneously and last for the entirety of the patch. Character reruns would likely come around three weeks after.
All of Hoyo’s games are affected by this as well as they’re moving into some new sales strategy or something along these lines.
And there hasn’t been a source ever since so take it with a huge grain of salt.
We need to wait until ZZZ 1.4 stream, if its going to happen it will be announce for that as is a rumour for every hoyo games.
But again, the source as far as i know is just a notepad text.
So….do remembrance characters require twice the amount of mats? bcuz from what im looking at they memosprites have their own skill bar lvl separate from the actual character, so do we need to level up their stuff as well as the actual character? or is it like a 2-1 type of deal?
Along with that, is their a place we can go to see all these new key words like “true-damage” and “joint attack” i mean i can make an educated guess, but id rather just know for sure.
Actually it looks like remembrance characters will require less mats and credits to upgrade

The Saga of Heroes Trailer revealed many awesome character designs we can be excited for aswell!
Story seems like a classic Fantasy/Mythology themed one, I like that a lot, it has so much potential with all the cool Boss designs they can go for! (Hopefully they will do that.)
