Character DetailsThe Xianzhou Yaoqing's Merlin's Claw and one of the Seven Arbiter-Generals. Unconventional and straightforward, she exudes effortless charm.

Character Story: Part IA hint of metallic smell of blood and unrest hangs in the air.

"Neergul..."
She gently pats the trembling partner by her side, "I smell... A chance for freedom. Tonight is the night."
"Saran, the bodies of the three foxian slaves that tried to escape are still hanging on the gates..."
"No, tonight is different."

She raises her head and stares off into the distance as a giant streaming light slowly traces across the sky.
"Tonight, there will be shooting stars."
She takes her companion's hand in hers,"It's okay. Just keep looking forward and don't look back."

Under the cold and brilliant light of the shooting stars, two delicate silhouettes race across the endless plains. The bloodstained air whips at their faces as the chilling howls of the wolves endlessly stir up the fear buried deep in their blood.
However, she never doubted that they would escape the wolf pack's pursuit.
As long as they wish on the "shooting star," it would shine down on them. If they just chase that light in the sky, they would reach where it lies in the distance. As they continue to run with all their strength, it seems as if the light is growing ever nearer.
That is no "shooting star." It's a woman who could fly. She calls herself the General of the Xianzhou Yaoqing. Her name is Yueyu.

In the distance, a military force that she had never seen before comes rushing from behind her, as countless arrows flow past her head to rain down on the pursuing borisin.
"Look, Neergul! The shooting star granted our wish!"
She shouts joyously, never once looking back. She does not see this "shooting star" falling to the ground and reduces everything to silence.

* Unlocked at Character Level 20
Character Story: Part IIIn the Yaoqing military barracks, she puts on the armor of the Cloud Knights and picks up a weapon.
A new language, a new way of life, a new name and new battle tactics. She studies in intense agony, yet learns everything quickly. She would follow Yueyu into battle and bear the general's flag. During their countless conquests, she becomes an elite warrior.
The battle cry would still occasionally echo in her ears from time to time, but she initially believed that was just fear.

Until one day she closes her eyes as a warm scarlet flows across her vision. She thinks that she sees a sanguineous moon gently calling out to her, stirring up the blood in her veins.
Her skin begins to split inch after inch as a wild power pours into her body like roaring waves — She realizes that, with just a gentle tiptoe, she could move in unrivaled speed like a flash of light.
She traverses the battlefield, bathed in blood, delivering death to her enemies before they even realize what is happening. A fissure in the enemy's ranks begins to grow wider and wider.
As the long battle continues under a rain of blood, her movements seem to grow only faster. No one could hope to match her speed.

Fear... That is what she sees in the eyes of her enemies. All that she feels in her body is intimidation and rage.
When she regains her senses, she looks back on the path she has covered to see only borisin corpses behind her, piled higher and higher.
The Yaoqing soldiers are looking at her from a distance, their eyes filled with surprise, admiration, and also fear.
She collapses to the ground.

When she wakes up, Yueyu sits alone by her bedside as muffled voices reach her ears from outside the tent.
"Didn't you see that she had no tail? That's a bit too..."
"Is it natural? That's an awful shame?"
"She used to be a borisin war slave after all... Explains her raw ferocity"

"You couldn't tell she was in a 'Moon Rage'? I was about to wet myself at the sight. Thought she couldn't recognize anyone..."
"But if it wasn't for her, we might not have been able to win so easily this time."

She realizes that these voices will likely follow her for the rest of her life.

* Unlocked at Character Level 40
Character Story: Part IIIShe had once returned to her old home of Koolur. However, what greeted her there was neither the roar of wolves nor the call of foxes, but simply a bottomless ravine. After the light waves had engulfed everything in flames, not even bones remained.
However, she still follows the shooting star. Everyone here follows it — It is the light of the Reignbow, their spiritual support in times of great danger.
That's precisely why she could not believe her eyes when the Denizens of Abundance attacked again — the shooting star is now descending on them.
Even if there are countless Abominations of Abundance gathering there, there are also countless Yaoqing soldiers boldly fighting to the death.

Yet the sound of the shooting star splitting the skies grows ever closer, like the footsteps of death itself. Her whole body feels cold, like she had suddenly plummeted to the icy depths of hell.
Under the light of the Reignbow, even the general she has always regarded as invincible is ground to dust. She desperately runs onto the battlefield, trying to bring back any survivors, until she loses consciousness in the residual light.
She looses a roar of rage into the air, but no one can hear her.
Everything is reduced to silence.

From that day, she would have constant nightmares. People in her dreams would reach out their hands to her but, before she could arrive to help them, they are devoured by the light.
"More... I have to save more..."
She would awake from these dreams with her face covered in tears. But she knows that all her promises could only ever be fulfilled on the battlefield.

She puts on her armor and walks to the very front of the formation. She allows the madness to seep into her blood and uses her bare hands to tear open a crimson path for her forces to advance.
She descends on the enemy like a meteor, and mountain-like beasts crumble to dust under the force of her attacks.
She single-handedly pushes the enemy armies to retreat before her soldiers' eyes.
"The Merlin's Claw! The Merlin's Claw!"
The weak call she heard before has completely transformed into a battle cry, as a great and primitive will wake with her infection.

She stands still among the rain of blood and roars out in a berserk rage
"I promise you all.
One day, I will be faster than the Reignbow's Lux Arrow.
One day, we shall no longer have to witness the falling of 'shooting stars.'"

On that day, in that rain, she is reborn and recast in blood and fire.

Character Story: Part IVToday is a rare day of rest.
By the time that dawn started to break, she had already set off from her home, but her destination is a little different today.
Today is the day of her periodical health inspection.

"Do you get dizzy?"
"No."
"Spells of fatigue?"
"No."
"Any irregularities with your heart?"
"No."

The foxian doctor furrows his brows.
"General, with all due respect, if everything were as normal, these reports of yours would be sheer nonsense. You and I both know that the consequences of Moon Rage are becoming more frequent and pronounced. All I can do is try my best to slow it down."
"So?"
"But it is all just a matter of time. I fear that, in the future, you will completely lose yourself, never to..."

She smiles.
"You are responsible for 'curing' me, and I am responsible for 'curing' war. We promised that we would both give our all to these roles."

After receiving her medication, she deliberately takes a long route home across a quiet and secluded path. On the other side of the wall, she can hear the bustling and excited sounds of people in a packed market street. The calls of vendors and the laughter of children rise and fall.
"What a wonderful time this is." She murmurs to herself.

Suddenly, a Yellowbell Resonance System notification begins to ring in her ears:
"We have secured a resounding victory against Toste-VIII abominations."
"We have secured a resounding victory against Sakin Chadu abomination thanks to IPC's assistance after initial setbacks."
"We have secured a resounding victory in the battle of Gordo."
"..."

Before her life ends, she will hunt down every one of her nemeses.
Until the day that Moon Rage turns her into a truly feral beast that cannot tell friends from foe.
Until the day... when the arrow of The Hunt will pierce her own heart.

  2. I have Some qus:-
1.Her trace said “When dealing DMG to enemy targets via launching this unit’s Ultimate, it will be considered as launching a follow-up attack.”……….It says it will be considered as launching follow-up attack, but didn’t say it will also consider as a follow up dmg, unlike in yunli kit said it will consider as a ultimate dmg. So it still consider as a follow up damage or only the initial action consider as launching follow up?

2.if it is consider as a follow up damage then her ultimate also get 60% crit dmg bonus from her another trace which buff follow up crit dmg

3.if it is consider as a follow up damage, it does not said it “also”. so her ultimate dmg only consider as follow up dmg or ultimate and follow up both otherwise she cant use “The Wind-Soaring Valorous” effect because it boost ult dmg

4.Every 2 atk from ally give her 1 stack. Does additional dmg count?like robin, moze, jade, hunt march?

5.I forget many skill or in relic its say “when ally or ally get boost”, does that ally also count the unit who triggering it?

    Thank you

    • 1. Only considered as FUA, like that Elation blessing in SU
      2. Let’s see how it is implemented because knowing MHY, it might or might not be
      3. Wind-Soaring will boost her Ult DMG, it is her signature set like Iron Cavalry is Firefly’s
      4. I think not
      5. yes, Duran is proof

    • 1, 2 and 3: Also considered as FuA damage, and origin damage type won’t get override. See SU blessing “Champion’s Dinner: Cat’s Cradle” and how keyword “Aftertaste” blessings work with Acheron and her E6.
      4. Additional DMG doesn’t considered as “attack”. It does not stack her Flying Aureus.
      5. Word “ally” always count theyself (at least for now).

  3. Feixiao V1

    General:
Definitely going to be nerfed. Feixiao V1 is crazy.
    1. Single target Acheron. Strong but picky for teammates, the more attacks the teammates do, the faster Feixiao recharges her hard hitting ultimate.
    2. The ultiamte has sky high attack multiplier vs. single target and the excess charges of the ultimate do not go wasted on the overkill, which is unlike her Hunt path precursors. The ultimate is treated as FUA and its damage is treated as FUA damage, meaning high synergy with Topaz.
    3. 200% attack multiplier FUA that is triggered by any ally’s attack. The cooldown mechanic is the same as Kafka’s talent, meaning it is encouraged to build some speed on Feixiao in order to replenish it quickly. This is not only accelerating Feixiao’s ultimate, but also dealing considerable amount of FUA damage to any target at will, and the damage comes for free.

    Teammates:
    1. Grab one among Topaz, March 7th (Hunt), and Moze for the sub DPS. This is a MUST, or Feixiao won’t work like you expected.
    2. Grab Robin for the support. If you don’t have Robin, grab another sub DPS mentioned above.
    3. The best sustainer is Aventurine or Lingsha. It sounds odd, but Lingsha has higher frequency of FUA than Aventurine, despite Feixiao makes no use of her high toughness damage and break damage vul, she is still one of the best sustainers for Feixiao’s team.

    Relics:
    1. Feixiao lacks damage amp in her kit, meaning damage amp from relics are appreciated. “The Wind-Soaring Valorous” 4pc is undoubtably the best set for Feixiao.
    2. There are few viable planar sets for Feixiao: Salsotto, Duran, Glamoth, and Izumo (hunt path sub dps required).
    3. The recommended main stats are: speed / atk% boots, crit rate / crit damage body, wind damage orb, atk% rope. If the glamoth set is in use then speed boots recommended, she need just 5 more speed from substats to reach 160 speed.
    4. Substats priority: crit rate ≈ crit damage > speed ≈ atk%.

    Light cones:
    1. The signature gives a god damning 54% def pen for ultimate damage. Would rather skip her than giving her something else.

    • Eidolons:
The E2 doubles the speed at which Feixiao recharges her ultimate, which is insanely strong. This is the most powerful E2 among the E2 of DPS units we know so far.

    • couple questions
      1. why wouldnt jiaoqiu not work? sure strictly speaking he’s just an objectively worse topaz but aside from that, since you’d generally build him with a lot of speed since his personal damage is abysmal, he WOULD be a decent option, no?

      2. wouldn’t Gallagher be a better option than both lingsha and aven since he can move so much or would his actions not be much more?

      3. what about rm?

      4. are her ult mvs ACTUALLY 840-1680 or is it more? im confused since stuff doesn’t add up

      5. if spamming 6 stack ult is the optimal play(at least currently), wouldn’t sleep like the dead be a legitimate option since you can save ult until the buff is active?

      • 1. & 3. Jiaoqiu and Ruan Mei have literally zero mechanical synergy with Feixiao. The sub DPS does not serve as a secondary damage dealer but rather a mechanic synergizer, you don’t really need them to do much damage, but instead their high frequency FUA translate into Feixiao’s energy and talent FUA. Just being fast is not enough. Would rather have March & Moze if you happen to not have Topaz & Robin.

        2. Lingsha’s ultimate action advance the rabbit by 100%. If the attack frequency is what you want, then she can’t be any worse than Gallagher.

        4. I guess it is 840% for 6 charges or 1680% for 12 charges.

        5. If you surely don’t have the budgets for the signature then sure. However I still strongly advice you to get the signature. I doubt if sleep like the dead is close to 70% power of the signature.

      • 4. To break her Ult down…

        – Each charge consumed randomly performs 1 of 2 attacks which deals 75% Dmg by default, with an added +40% depending on the attack’s requirement:
        > Blitz deals increased damage if the enemy is Weakness Broken.
        > Waraxe deals increased damage if the enemy is NOT Weakness Broken.

        – Once all charges are consumed, she performs a finisher which deals 10% dmg (+15% if Weakness Broken) for EACH charge consumed. She can preserve any overkill stacks past the initial 6 but that’s irrelevant here.

        – Her Ult requires 6 charges minimum to use. The 840%~1680% shown is her “maximum” damage at 6 and 12 charges (75+40+10+15) * 6 = 840%… which tbh feels a bit misleading since it’s unrealistic, if not near impossible, for that to actually occur considering the RNG between Blitz and Waraxe.

Assuming half your Blitz/Waraxe attacks grants the bonus damage… that’s only 75*6 + 40*3 = 570% and anywhere from 60~150% Dmg from the finisher, giving you a 630%~720% range for 6 charges and 1260~1440% for 12 charges.

        • I guess it is not random but optional. In the video showcases Feixiao’s ultimate is played like Acheron’s, you get to choose which to use among Blitz and Waraxe for every attack in the combo. You may intentionally choose the one that doesn’t have bonus attack multiplier but you don’t get anything.

          • If you get to choose between Blitz and Waraxe for every attack, then what’s the point of having both? Everyone is just going to pick according to whether the enemy is currently weakness broken or not, so they might as well have just had one option with an unconditional dmg multiplier boost instead since the two options are otherwise identical. There’s zero benefit for having it set up this way unless its picked randomly between them

          • I guess it’s optional, works just like Phys TB’s Ult. That may sounds ridiculous, but it does allow player to deal less damage on demand. And somehow make playing Feixiao more “strategy”.

    • robin would be a somewhat bad idea, no? she’s afk 99% of the battle and while she does have a really good damage bonus and some fua buffs having her on the team would cut down of feixiao’s ult usage more than say having both topaz and h!march/moze or something along those lines. although i’m not good enough at maths to know how much better or worse that’d actually be

  4. With my current relics (considering S1 and both her self buffs and March’s) I have a 84.6/256.8 crit ratio
Considering only my head and orb are good I’d say she’s pretty easy to build crit

    • if you run her with hunt march, 4pc valorous and 2pc duran, if some other sub dps that doesnt attack often (not that much optimal), 4pc valorous and 2pc salsotto. eagle of twilight also isn’t bad on her since she utilizes both 2pc and 4pc effect really well
