I’m not pressing big panic button yet, but why? Why you kill my girl like this in V2? Why do they wanna do dirty every character I really, but really, want? She wasn’t even that crazy before to grant such big nerf to her. Yea, she was good, but compared to playable Hoolay that had to get tons of nerf to remotely make her balanced (still is busted), or toddler with unlimited FUA that deleted the game (made even more busted now), her V1 was least crazy territory by far. Leave my cat alone.
At this point ama start shittalking March and Sampo, so when their 5* arrive, they avoid my curse, because it seems that every single time I express excitement over some character, thing like this happens to them at some point. Well, still not time for big red panic button as I said as she still has a chance. It just baffles me why these changes were even done to her in the first place. At V2 only at that.
I’m a bit worried about the nerf on the follow up multiplier, from %400 to %250, HUGE cut in damage, but there was some compensation by making the passive more consistent to stack. I hope this means they will make the follow up more spammable, as opposed to it feeling like an afterthought. What changes are we hoping for V3? Mine is when Cipher gets a certain amount in the tally, she launches her follow up (for example, in increments of 45, the number goes up in x amount.
Also if you cant tell, i really want her to work as well as possible with Feixiao LOL! Tired of using Moze and march, lowkey.
how much ehr does she need for her lightcone and e1? i’ve tried to do the math myself but i’m so can someone be help 🙏
A fellow commenter helped me out with this! You need %39 ehr to GUARANTEE the debuff lands, but i’m in the mindset now to where you don’t need %100. It would hurt your damage to put that many substats into it. If they don’t change her light cone to simply applying it on hit, Try getting to like 15+ ehr, and you should be fine. You’ll be at %80 plus of a chance
From what I have seen, which I may be mistaken, 20-34 ehr should do the job.
Dual DPS Aglaea w/ Cipher has been in my head since earlier today (13/04/2025).
Aglaea, Sunday, HuoHuo, Cipher.
I was thinking the same thing how would this team be?
Im definently using my quaranteed pull for this hot kitty.
So… how much of an upgrade is she over topaz in fei teams and pela in an acheron team? Im
also guessing boundles choreo could be good on her or are there any more low cost options?
what do we think about the Ashblazing Grand Duke set for her ?
Because her FuA seem to hit a good amount of time (i’d say 5 from what i seen).
So that would mean 20% dmg boost on FuA and 30% Atk (which will stay for skill and Ultimate too)
It wouldn’t be bad on her, but i think you’ll find Pioneer to feel better and be more consistent since it helps with crit stats. She’s a pain to build as of now. I think it depends on who you’re pairing her with. Feixiao, you can lean into more personal damage for her so Pioneer. With Acheron, focus more on SPD for more consistent debuffs. So x2pc spd.
Pionneer is probably good but since i have a quite strong Topaz and i want to play both i’ll have more than enough Crit Dmg (74%+80% from cipher E2)
Grand Duke may be more situationnal but in my situation it should be good.
I think she s no pain to build cuz all you need to get is 8 SPD in additionals to get 180 SPD with signature. So pioneer is BiS for now.
Imagine mobs have no armour with Feixiao an cipher with signas
I think we’re likely to get new sets by the time Cypher releases, so I wouldn’t invest in relic farming for her yet.
not from what we know, so it’s probably better to use a set that you already farmed.
i think she want general things that every other Dps want so she may not have a dedicated set at the end.
I wasn’t even that hyped when she was teased but drip + reading the kit changed that completely.
Don’t even care how bad she might be or how useless the team I have in mind will be, I’m grabbing her for sure! If E1 stays as is I might go for it too, but I heard it was a translation error and it only increases the trigger count by 1 not by 2.
We’ll see how the betas go :3
