When there are no enemy targets in "Patron" state on the battlefield, Cipher immediately causes one enemy target with the highest Max HP on the battlefield to become the "Patron." When using Skill and Ultimate, the primary target becomes the "Patron." The "Patron" state only takes effect on the latest target.
After the "Patron" is attacked by other ally targets, Cipher immediately launches a Follow-up ATK against the "Patron," dealing Quantum DMG equal to of Cipher's ATK. This Follow-up ATK can only be triggered 1 time, and the trigger count is reset after Cipher uses her Ultimate.
Cipher will record of the non-True DMG ally targets dealt to "Patron," but the Overflow DMG will not be recorded. The recorded value is cleared after using Ultimate.

Cipher causes one enemy target to enter the "Regular Customer" state and tallies the DMG it received. After Cipher's teammates attack the enemy target with "Regular Customer," Cipher launches Follow-up ATK against the target. After using Ultimate, Cipher can trigger this again.

is she good enough to replace pela on my acheron team? my acheron team consists of sw, pela, and gallagher. i mean, im pulling her regardless bc she’s pretty and cool, but if she’s versatile then why not?

also what about the remembrance teams like castorice and aglaea? both of them are sharing rmc and i’d love to find a replacement other than the bird siblings
