Nah, if you have Xueyi e4 (use set Taliya with 145 speed and break effect-link rope) and Ruan Mei, your Xueyi will have 198.1% break effect, now search about new limited 4-star light cone from event at 2.0 ver, it have base 56% break effect and 30% crit rate at 5 stack. Now you can choose between 24% dmg bonus+64% atk vs 56% break effect(41.9% dmg bonus from trace) and 30% crit rate
