    • The only thing they nerfed is 5 less toughness dmg on the talent, yet fuyuan gets 10 SPD, need less BE for her scaling.

So a minor nerf for fuyuan which is compensated with a little bit more SPD and 50% less BE needed to max the tace out.
Overalll I’ll say she got buffed

      • Reaching 250 break in a break team was easily an afterhought. Outside ur very likely using Robin anyway. If the scaling itself got buffed it woulf have been something, but lowering the treshold, ehhh. And well, nerfing a break healer’s thoughness damage isn’t a small nerf

Really though, why did she get “rebalanced” to begin with??? I expected her to get green across the board not better for normies and worse for anyone would a brain. Gallagher already is the better tryhard option :/

        • Since you think Gallagher is the better unit anyway, why do you care so much if Lingsha is getting changed, wouldn’t you like that Lingsha is “weaker” than Gallagher then?

        • But they did buff scaling and didn’t change max possible values xDD previously it was 20% ATK and 8% healing up to 50/20 and now it’s 25% ATK and 10% healing up to 50/20.

So aside from the unfortunate 5 toughness dmg, it seems to be a buff. Idk how rabbit speed change affects things like speed tuning tho, so I might be wrong on this one. But the BE scaling was definietly a buff

          • 12% + 360 is still the scaling for her heal. They just have a very slight and irrelevant self buff and lower threshold, in exchange for essential toughness damage

Point is, she didn’t deserve to get any nerfs to begin with. Why would anyone even pull Lingsha. Like legit what’s her gameplay appeal??

      • I wonder that too, people now saying that she is weaker than Gallagher in break team…
just 5 less toughness dmg really?

        • The problem boils down to, Lingsha feels like a Gallagher sidegrade not an upgrade

You expect the 5 star version of a character following the same path, same element and same role to blow it out of the water, not a situational pick.

Gallagher is significantly more SP positive than Lingsha (Both FF and BH want loads of em). His single target break is vastly superior (which is usually more important than aoe), he has no rng and is highly controllable ( Lingsha stealing BH’s break would be disastrous). He can uniquely abuse QPQ, inflicts more debuffs and is fully effect immune.

John: Guys, it´s been 4 years already and i have to finalize the pyro archon soon. I cannot just make another on-field dps, you know.
Xiangling: How many times did we have this conversation whenever a new pyro 5 star was coming up? You should know our answer by now.

    • Luocha has not been powercrept yet

Like it or not, no one comes close to his heal numbers. Lingsha’s follow up heals for less than a random field trigger of Luocha. His skill fills the bar of the likes of Blade.

Basically Luocha still has by far the highest healing output. The fact we dont have more 10k Hp chars, or relics mechanics for overhealing is another story. But Huohuo, Lingsha? Their healing is quite horrible in contrast. Don’t get me started on Gallagher. For how op he is, his numbers are low

Did I mention Luocha does it all without spending a skill point? His kit was simply never needed, but its not weak

      • this is the hardest copium i have ever seen.

Loucha has the highest single target healing, yes but it doesn’t matter huohuo, lingsha and gallagher can keep the team alive, yes their heal is lower but enough.

Gallagher is more skill point friendly (if you know how to play with him) and if you have a team that is fast and deal aoe dmg than he heals than Loucha,

huohuo and lingsha are neutral but do the job right and they offer more like energy regen and dmg.

Loucha strong point is aoe dispel on -> ULT <- that others don't have.

        • You aren’t wrong. His pull value is atrocious. He doesn’t have utility

However Luocha’s healing output is off the charts. Huohuo and Lingsha rather uncomfortably keep the team alive, meanwhile Luocha barely has a teammates hp bar not always full.

If superhealing was a thing, Luocha would do more than both limited healers combined

          • If Hoyo ever pumps up damage instead of HP in end game content Gallagher would struggle.

It doesn’t help that most of the time HP/%HP are dead stats for DPS characters and most Harmony units only need to exist to be useful so they are just fine with bulking up anyways, easing the pressure on the healer to do their thing.

But if a Boss chews through harmonies 5K HP like its nothing then the only abundance character that can keep up with that is an actually built Loucha.

That said you are both right. In the end, Huo2 proved to be more valuable that Loucha because she just doubles as a pseudo-harmony unit, which only concludes that harmonies in this game are busted.

  2. Jing Yuan and Lightning-Lord. Topaz and Numby. and now Lingsha and fuyuan. now all we need is one more for the 8 man meme team

    • Hey, it’s likely Linghsa will get some major changes next week, so I’d hold off agressively farming atm.

Still, she basically wants SPD and Break. Atk increases healing but isn’t a prority. Rest is useless

Linghsa REALLY wanta 160 Speed (after buffs), so she can outspeed her smoking hot bunny. There is also a 250 Break threshold I wouldn’t personally worry too much about

You ideally want the same relic + planner as Firefly. Though any 2p + 2p of SPD or Break is fine.

  4. Even if she is not a significant enough upgrade to Gallagher from a jade efficiency standpoint, you should get her if you like her because the team will be kino.

You have the Firefly + HMC pairing. Not much needs to be said here.

And then Lingsha and Ruan Mei’s designs synergize very well together, looking somewhat similar. But one is like the calm blue oni and the other is the more sassy red oni. So they are a nice pair imo as well.

I’m also getting her to free up Gallagher for the other side, benching Lynx forever (don’t have any other 5* sustains except Gepard)

    • She also has stuff for arch-types outside of Firefly break teams as well.

She has the break effect side mentioned above. Which you also pointed out will be good for freeing up Gallagher for other teams like running Gallagher or Lingsha along with Boothill.

Then she has the follow up attack side with Fuyuan which will be good for for teams with Robin or Topaz. And it seems it will go really nicely with Feixiao’s kit as well to build up her ultimate.

She has a Debuff on her ult which will make her a good alternative healer for Acheron for her ultimate building. But also good for Ratio as well for his talent.

And then a new arch-type we haven’t seen much of yet that is getting a new ornament set with the summon stuff. She will be the third character with a summon the other two being Topaz and Jing Yuan. And with the introduction of the wonderous BananAmazing set it makes me think we might see more summon units in future and support for it. Maybe it will be the next path added to Simulated Universe in future.

I think she is mainly being designed to support Feixiao to build up and buff her ultimate. She is also really good for Firefly and Boothill as well and has some flexibility in going into other teams as well.

There isn’t really a team she can’t support, but I’d wish her healing was higher. It feels she’s balanced around Robin (atk steroid) or Break (250 trace). Slot her in with some random teammates, and getting a 900~ HP heal, for a fully built 5 star limited healer feels a bit low

        • That is true her heal value seems rather low and possibly could use a buff. But She also seems to be able to heal a lot as well. With healing on her skill, Ultimate and Fuyuan with a trace that can trigger an emergency heal like Luocha’s heal. So it might just even it with the quantity of healing she does instead of the big heals.

        • Her healing is literally the best… She heals as much as Bailu per heal but heals 3x more often while healing the full party every time and with literally every attack she does. Then she heals every 2 turns if you go below 60% HP.

Skills heal = 1600 full team + 20% advancement of summon heal.
Ult heal = 1400 full team + 1400 full team from 100% advancement of summon heal.
Summon heal = 1400 full team.

Summon moves 2x on average every cycle, Lingsha moves 2x first cycle each wave 1x second cycle with 134 speed.

Overall healing on first cycle is 8800 total. No other character heals this much in a cycle. Not one. Not Huohuo, not Luocha. No one.

Yes Huohuo can heal 5.5k with her skill proc alone, however people will use that skill even if they don’t need healing just to get the stacks and never actually use it otherwise, it’s pretty much just for the stacks. Almost all the time it’s massive overhealing and it never actually heals anything. Also Lingsha’s 8.8k healing is per char, which mean total healing is actually 35k.

          • I assume you’ve got these calcs for 250 break 2500k atk or sum?

Anyway I’m a bit dissapointed in her numbers because I planned on running her with 4pc weird 174 Speed lol. I just wanna see her and that bunny zoom across the field.

And if her healing wont be comfy I’ll be sad. With Fu Xuan or Aventurine damage doesnt even cross your mind. Welp the big bad wolf can easily rng kill Lingsha or het team. Which :/

          • That’s what preservation is for. Abundance is for after, if you can’t take a hit, they’re useless no matter how much you heal, preservation is to avoid taking damage in the first place, however they can gradually fail over time if you can’t end the battle fast enough.
