StoryThe blade shattered, plunging into the bone-chilling cold.
All earthly instruments are mere futilities, their worth discernible with a single glance.
“What use do I have of swords?”
She holds no attachment, nor does her gaze accommodate anything within.

  1. Skill section is wrong. Says “Each stack of Eclipse will increase the DMG of the wearer’s next attack by 0.” when it should be 14% + superimpositions

    • Especially with blade on her side even at cycle 1, it helps her ramp up the cone effect damage, what more if we have another destruction unit consuming hp lol. Triple dps for the win.

      • no need, Jingliu when in her transcended state drains 4% max HP of all her allies, which instantly gives her 3 stacks.

  2. Is this LC at E0 really that much better than A Secret Vow E5? This LC only boosts Skill DMG by 30% while ASV boosts ALL DMG by 40% at E5. The secondary effect won’t have 100% uptime, but not sure if the +36% Crit DMG and ER% would be worth the gems.

  4. I have a question, for the 12 energy gained after a burst, is this a single instance of 12 energy gained or is it two separate instances of 12 for 2 turns, giving 24. i am confused because to me with the wording it seems like it’s just 12 but the youtuber “Xipe”s video on this said it would total to 24, if anyone is able to clarify thank you very much

    • Is only 12, the key word here is “and” spliting the sentence
      Like:

      Immediatly 12 energy
      AND
Crit Dmg 36% for two turns. (is 36% during two turns, not 36% in the first more 36% in the second)

    • yes. she will get 24 energy regen for 2 turns. that mean 12 energy regen for each turn
why? cause from the description it says “and”, not dot (.) after ‘When using their Ultimate, immediately regenerates 12 Energy’ sentence

      • No, it doesn’t work like that, it’s only 12 energy instantly, the 2 turns part is only for the Crit damage. (And this is why, her best calc, for now, involves an ERR rope)

        And they really did their math with this one, at E6S5 with ERR Rope, she gains 25 (5+20 from ult) + 60 (3xEnhanced skill 3 x 20) + 30 (Skill) = 115 x 1.194 = ~137 energy, 3 off from her ult.

  5. Is this good for Blade? I lost the pity for his LC so I was hoping if this is sufficient for him…

    • Man, I wish there was crit rate buff on it. Gotta hit that bs 70% treshold for RA set effect.
Seriously who the heck created that set and put such an high amount of crit rate condition to proc set effect…

      • Jingliu has crit traces though, which brings her total amount to 57% with a crit chest, leaving 13% to substats. And getting 4-5 crit rate rolls on 6 pieces isn’t that hard.

  6. 30% skill dmg is pretty nuts and the 2nd part synergizes perfectly with 4pc Glacial amounting to a whopping 61% crit dmg buff for 2 turns after using your ultimate at s1, the added 12 energy also helps with the uptime of both buffs.

Jingliu’s steep 140 energy cost is kinda concerning though but I don’t think it’d be too too bad.

    • It’d work really well on Clara, especially if she’s E1 since her skill will always be full potency and would help ensure a 2T Ult if she gets hit twice I believe.

    • 36% crit damage is standard, and 18% crit rate is its equivalent, look at Topaz, Jing Yuan, Blade, Dan Heng IL. Seele… every 5* DPS has it so far

        • It’s because giving both skill damage and crit damage unconditionally would be a bit too much. So either skill damage boost or crit damage boost needs to have some condition. And since it’s Jingliu’s signature LC, having no condition on skill boost is more appropriate

          • actually its not too much. see Seele’s LC. it gives 18% critrate, but it gives basic, skill damage AND ult damage. for basic and skill that’s 6% for every 10speed beyong 100. at 160speed(including her skill buff + speed boots) it gives 36% skill damage since it caps at 6stack. for ult damage thats 12% x 6 stacks = 72%. that’s way too powerful LC. it may seems conditional but that’s very easy to achieve 100% uptime while Jingliu’s LC isn’t 100% uptime due to you will be saving ULT during her normal state. but what if you do not have enough energy for Ult? you won’t gain buffs from her LC + no buff from Ice set as both needs ULT for the crit damage buff. that’s 36+25% crit damage buff locked behind ULT. but then they gave JingLiu 140 cost?

          • Yeah, just like King Yuan LC. They did it all unconditional and look what happened – it’s considered to be the best LC for any erudition characters, even if they don’t use follow-up attacks. Now Hoyoverse will have a dilemma with future erudition LCs, because they will need to make them somewhat busted, but limited to certain characters. Otherwise, there’s no reason to pull for any new LC since you can just slap on Jing Yuan’s LC and it will be better
