her E6 literally exact the same with Ruanmei skill except for the bonus BE, i love this chara design so much but this is way too low the way Dev make her.
So, from how I’d gear her…
She gets ~64 BE from rope (ER rope only becomes a consideration at E2)
56 from S5 Solitary Healing
30 from A2 trace
30 from A6
23 from minor traces
40 from Forge of Kopali Lantern 2p
16 from Iron Cavalry 2p
that’s 259 BE before substats. that’s… a lot. Amd it only really does anything for her own Break/Superbreak damage. And an EHR body plus her minor traces gets her to about 80 EHR. So I pretty much just gear for Speed and everything else is whatever?
Basically lol She doesn’t scale with anything. She just needs EHR to land the DEF shred then it’s standard breaker build of BE and speed cuz you’ll be doing superbreaks anyway might as well boost them.
Except that she doesn’t need EHR because the defense shred has a 100% chance of applying, so I’d personally focus her build with just BE
enemies have effect resistance lol
Enemy have Hit Rate resistance. From 20% to 40% at level 80-90. Boss can have even more resistance. So at 100% EHR you need around +60% EHR for apply effect with high chance.
… ah, Solitary Healing is 40, not 56. I’m thinking of some (but not all!) of the 4* lcs, none of which are Nihility.

Changes I’d personally make to Fugue:
Change her super break to 120% to be more on par with HMC
Make her enhanced basic either ignore toughness or follow the type of her buffed character
Increase her EBA toughness to 30/30/30
Make her ult cost less so I can watch it more often
Make all her tails remain permanently
Make her fluffier

personally I would love it if her EBA are changed to ST and in return itll deal 90 toughness dmg. Buff E1 so that it can affects both the target and fugue (have her E6 to do something else)
With the way she goes currently she looks like a reskin sparkle but slightly worse.
1 target skill with stat buff with 1 adds effect(aav sparkle vs deff reduce fugue).
Talent/Ult that aid playstyle (extra SP vs exo toughness)
And Eidolon 6 that’s needed to turn her from hypercarry support into team wide support.
while Sparkle providing something that’s quite hard to come by but very needed in SP generator what fugue can currently offer is more dmg for hyper carry with potential for further vertical investment for some hardcore whale.

I haven’t kept up with the meta for a long time, but does anyone by chance know how well Break Sampo could work with Fugue E1? Exo Toughness makes it much easier to apply the 5 stacks of Wind Shear to Bosses.
Sampo’s skill is one of the skills that does the most Weakness Break to a single target, plus it has a small detonation with his E4 that would also count the Wind Break DoT. On top of that, it applies DoT Vulnerability, which would also increase the Wind Break DoT damage. I also have Black Swan S1, which might help improve a Fugue+Sampo team, though the fourth slot isn’t very clear; I suppose Gallaguer would do.
Her skill needs to be aoe imo. Maybe add an ATK% buff on top of BE. Superbreak is about team damage, so it’s kinda weird that she only buffs one person. Also, maybe add advance forward effect after her ult like Gallagher, so she can abuse her EBA.
