  Most people pull a character if it is either nice looking or meta, and since cerydras design is… eeeh, most people were hoping for her kit to save her, and since it doesn’t it’s disappointing.

  on the other side Phae is badly need a lot of other legendarys for be strong – aaaaaand he is copyboy ))) – seriously! his Ultamate transform him into copy of Hades from Orochi Warriors 4 – his special atacks copy of Madara Uchiha techniques – his mechanics is copy of Cowboy and Swordmaniac from HSR – aaaand he is a swordsman with dark sad past who have tragic story of his homeworld, must live with fate to become emanator of evil path and use special points to use ultimate – say it with me ))) – JUST LIKE ACHERON cause he copy her too ))
  
  if you can be happy only playing Kevin Levin – your choice – but you cant say to others that its ONE ONLY RIGHT CHOICE – just cause Phae after 2-4 monthes will be closely to useless mark my word )))

    Therta already falling off so the comparison is pointless. Not only THerta are usable with 4 stars but also MUCH easier to play than your copium king needs Sun,Ro,Hou to be usable and still requires brain to play.
    Saber is worst the 3.x character and people only pull her for collection/goon cuz she will never return again
