  1. So she can be used in pretty much any team but does much more in FUA. I can see her working well in DoT and other comps with that ATK boost, that 22ish% at L10 is a huge chunk into a duel dps setup coupling with a 50% dmg boost, I dont see why so many people are crying and doomposting lol

  2. Excuse me, but what’s with that 800% All-Type RES PEN of E6??? There’s an extra zero that shouldn’t be there, right?

    • That’s because only the description of lang=chs and cht were updated correctly to v3. EN is still using v2’s description, which reference to a wrong variable.

E6 v3 gives her 450% additional CRIT DMG to the additional DMG for 8 times. res pen was moved to E1 (12% res pen * 2 stack).

  4. I might be called stupid for this, but I really don’t care whether a character is good or not, if they are a either have a great design, have a great story or are music themed ( that’s why I personally love Akash from the Ever-flame mansion ) I will pull for them. unless I do not have enough pulls for them all, then I’m prioritizing.

    • Woah let’s not go that far.

At the end of the day, this is a silly game about handsome people bullying ugly monsters~

Maybe it’s just my unpopular opinion, but making your favourite units work is the charm of this game. And criticism aside, Robin is farrr from bad. A little behind her fellow 5 star harmony peers, who were made as universal, smooth and braindead as they can be.

But she still brings a lot to the table, beyond flapping her pretty wings.

      • i never said she was bad, i just said i didn’t care whether she as good or not, i will pull for her and have her on my teams. i get where the confusion may have come from.

i still think Robin is still incredibly busted like the other harmony characters, maybe not as universal as them but , just like Sparkle and Ruan Mei, when put in the right team, she will be doing the heaviest lifting.

Btw, I’m pulling for her mostly because i love her voice, like the music themed characters regardless of gameplay.
it’s just a plus that i am already heavily invested into FUA characters.

  5. Well it was fun while it lasted… RIP Robin DPS

Seems they butchered Robins E1. At least if they kept the speed buff for some funny 0 cycle clear shenanigans. Res pen sounds good at first, but considering you have to stack it. And that it doesnt help with ult uptime at all makes it iffy. Just get RM E1 instead.

Might even look like a just gey Ruan Mei in general. Unless you use two specific teams (DOT or Follow up). Did I mention both teams want 4 5 stars lol. Sad day to fancy a bird

    • I am still partial to her. My only worry is the energy and ult uptime as well as SP. It seems that even with the buff, she can’t really get a 3 turn uptime without using skill, ba, skill and/or not being slow (or at least slower than the rest of her teammates who are a bracket faster than her).

I really have no need for her, I just like her design and the singing thing. She is the opposite for boothill for me where I like her design and animation (mainly the singing) but I not really interested with the kit (not hate, just indifferent).

    • Bad day for fun and unique team enjoyers
Good day for our wallets, go S1 everybody

Obviously RES-PEN is good, but compared to the previous E1, its essentially slightly more team dmg but cutting the Spd which is very sad. Whats also sad is that Robin herself can’t get the RES-PEN.

Now idk if the RES-PEN works the same way as the Spd buff where its permanent even after the ult expires, or is it only applicable DURING the ultimate.

  6. To the guy that asked whether E1 or S1 was better,

While its true that S1 gives ERR for faster ult regen, E1 essentially enables you to “cheat” not having to need Ult uptime.

What i mean is that when you clear the wave before Robins ult expires, you go into the 2nd wave with her ult still active. E1 not only enables you to clear the 1st wave much faster (With the increased scaling), but it also enables you to get a 2nd turn in before it goes to Robins turn (With the +30% Spd) assuming your supports like Pela have 180 Spd after getting the spd buff. This means that generally, the ult uptime should be around equal in practice. It also means her synergy with the other supports in the team (ideally debuffers) is much higher.

Though a big downside to E1 over S1 is that the odds of getting the LC is much higher, which is why i tend to reccomend S1 for most characters. But depending on your team and build, E1 is can be much better.

[Also this is my 2nd time accidentally pressing the report button when i wanna reply because of my fat fingers, very sorry about that] 🙁

    • was about to reply to that topic but it’s gone.. so i’ll just reply it here.

my personal opinion & analysis, anyone feel free to correct if i made mistake

      based on v1:
E1 provides better overall “value” for whole party over S1 (24% DMG buff) especially on FuA team.
about 60% DMG increase and it’s effectiveness also depends on who you run with (CDMG debuff, DEF Shred and DMG% buff on Robin affecting her DMG)
let’s say you run with 3 other characters that can hit enemy with their basic & ultimate, that’s about 6 to 9 times additional attack during ultimate cycle (2 turn each character) at normal circumtances without counting follow-up dmg.
assume you get about 30k to 50k each hit, that’s about 180k to 300k dmg contributed to the battle (from what i saw, E0 does arround 15k to 20k, E1/S1 harmony team on youtube does arround 100k each hit)
E1 also bonus +30% SPD buff which are said to be permanent throughout the battle.

      now for S1:
even with signature LC, the energy still pretty bad on non-FuA team without Tingyun energy support on Robin (to keep 100% uptime on song cycle)
so ERR rope is recommended for normal party setup. if you failed to get 4-star Lightcone which comes from gacha(??), Bronya signature LC probably good alternatives that can help with extra energy rate + SP regen on ulti. (most of launch day players should probably have this lightcone by now since it’s almost one year already. but new player require “luck”)

note: beta v3 should probably coming tomorrow if there is any changes, but i’m not familiar with the timing.
(from their “pattern” with beta so far, if there is no v2 changes, big chance there will be one in v3)

  7. I’m planning on pulling for her and use her with Aventurine/Topaz/Clara. How much attack does she needs? Which relics would suit her best? Would 4 pc. Speed set work with Broken Keel/Penacony as her planars?

    • the 4 piece bonus on Messenger Traversing Hackerspace probably won’t do anything on Robin. It provides a 1 turn speed boost on all allies when she uses her Ultimate. In other words, it makes their next turn come faster and then expires. Robin’s Ultimate already makes all her allies take their next turns immediately. The messenger 4 piece buff will probably expire at the end of those turns, which is before it actually does anything.
Its 2 piece will probably do as much on her as it does anyone else.

Broken Keel and Penacony are probably good planars.
