Feixiao V3
Attack multiplier has been reduced for higher self buffing, more FUA, and quicker energy regen. In general, ~10% stronger than V2.
1. Skill
240% attack multiplier & self action advancement 10%.

200% attack multiplier & free talent FUA.
2. Ultimate
840% / 1680% attack multiplier for 6 / 12 stacks.

700% attack multiplier for 6 stacks.
The ultimate can no longer be cast with 12 stacks, but you may cast the ultimate twice.
The signature light cone has been reworked, casting the ultimate twice does not drop the signature’s buff.
3. Talent
200% attack multiplier FUA after each ally’s attack, once per turn

Also gives Feixiao 60% damage amp before the attack, lasts 2 turns.
4. Speed
125 base speed & 5 speed from minor traces

Damage comparason V3 vs V2:

– Ultimate (6 energy): ~7.7% more damage.
The damage above counted Robin’s buff but did not count Robin’s additional damage.
When counting the loss in speed, the damage per round is still greater than V2.

Was wrong about the ultimate changes in my earlier post. It now deals 700% max apparently. Ult can only use 6 stacks at once but you can store up to 12. Its similar to Yunli. Everything else is correct however. Hoyo could’ve worded it a bit clearer lmao. Here’s links to dmg calcs done by reddit people.

The giga-bomba 12 stack Feixiao is currently dead but seems to be an overall qol/buff currently. Her dmg ceiling is just lower.

She now needs Robin even more (who I’m not pulling) and they took away her speed. It’s trash.
She self buffs attack which diminishes the value of Robin’s attack buff
She self buffs dmg% which diminishes the value of Robin’s dmg%
Her crit DMG self buffs was decreased which slightly increases the value of Robin’s crit DMG
She attacks more often which triggers Robin’s ult more often
She doesn’t need Robin anymore than she did before, but she’s more beneficial for Robin now
You’re responding emotionally to a bunch of numbers going down without looking at what’s been added and how the playstyle has been changed. She was buffed.
Overall great changes, except for the Speed nerf. That was a travesty. But I understand why they did it.
She’s a real follow-up attacker now. The follow-up chains are gonna be nutty with her.
V3 is a huge Nerf for Feixiao.
She is not on Emanator power level now at all.
Feixiao should be as strong as Acheron.
Feixiao is single target so should do at least 2x the damage Acheron does to a single target.
Instead she got Nerfed.
If Feixiao stays a fake Emanator, I will keep saving Stellar Jades for 3.x characters instead.
(We will have V4 maybe even V5 but Jiaoqiu kept getting Nerfed so maybe Feixiao will keep getting Nerfed even more. Even if she stays as she is in V3 now, she is not on Emanator level that is for sure!)
I hope that I am wrong and HoYo will fix her, because V2 Feixiao needed to get fixed to get stacks a bit faster for her Ultimate even without E2. Hopefully HoYo will restore her Emanator power level and fix her properly.

breakdown how this works: the first hit deals 700% of her ATK and the final hit deals 160% flat. Her additional attack for every aureus attacks have been nerfed from 75% to 60% per hit. The additional dmg these additional attacks deal when the target is weakness broken has been decreased from 40% to 30%.
TALENT
Still 2 ally attacks to generate an ult point
Attack scaling of follow up attack : 200% –> 110%
NEW EFFECT : After using this follow up attack feixiao increases her damage dealt by 60% for 2 turns

Her first hit does not deal 700%… the 700% is the maximum total damage. Each of the 6 weaker hits do a max damage of 90% per hit for a total of 540% then the final hit does 160% for a total of 700% damage maximum.
It’s said like how Acherons is said. 372% total damage % when hit with maximum power or 522% with her A6 Trace.
Another thing here is that she may no longer be able to use all 12 stacks at once, and is now limited to using 6 at a time even if you need all 12 to kill the boss, you just have to use it twice back to back now. In other words, there is no point saving up until you reach 12 stacks anymore.
I dont believe this is the case as this is still how the beginning of the passive is worded.
“The Ultimate can be activated when Flying Aureus reaches 6 points, up to 12 points.”
That just means she can have a total of 12, now that she can use all 12 at once. The wording of the ultimate has changed. It no longer mentions that it will stop using stacks until it reaches 0, it uses all 6 no matter if the enemy is dead or not. It also does infact mention “A total of 6 timers. Aka you can no longer use more than 6 stacks.

Guess her ult works like yunli now not essentially a bad thing but could make things a bit awkward id love a 5% hp execute or something maybe even like 3%.
Yea ik what you mean lol. But overall i think it works in our favor as it stops you from using lets say 8 stacks when 6 would have actually killed if you just included the final hit which it didn’t. Being split like this may overall increase performance.

The “finally” leads me to believe otherwise but idc im just listing the changes.
I know how it’s worded, the damage the 6 hits deal is not included in the ultimate description, it’s just saying the total and then it dells us where the damage is from, it worked like this with the old one (115% x12 + 300% = 1680% damage.). This is how it works, the same way Acherons works. Look at Acherons, but we know how that works. It’s 372% total + 150% from A6 Treace for a total single target damage of 522%.
Feixiao’s does the same. For a minimum of 520% or a maximum of 700% if the enemy is weakness broken from the start.

If it works the way you said it now, it would have also worked the same way before, meaning before she’d have dealt 1680% on the first hit when using 12 stacks, but clearly you can see the first hit only dealing 50k in most video’s and it going up by 50k each time until the final strike which hit much harder, trust, it’s how it works. Always has been.
