Is this better than the F2P one for Yao Guang
For Yao Guang, it is not better than Mushy Shroomy or the battlepass LC. The key phrase in the lightcone is: “on one ally character”, so Yao Guang’s team-wide buffs do not proc its effect. YG also doesn’t use ATK in her kit so this lightcone truly provides her with no value.
No, it’s not. She does’t use the main stat that it gives (ATK) and can’t proc it’s secondary effect. Presumably this is a “powerful” free LC for EMC when we get them, since they’re supposed to be in the Elation support role.
