Inflicts “Epiphany” on all enemies, increasing the DMG they take and having a chance to increase the number of stacks when “Arcana” is layered. Additionally, “Arcana” stacks won’t be halved after dealing DMG at the start of the next turn. Deals Wind DMG to all enemies.
