  2. So her support capabilities are very limited:
    – 15% increased elation dmg for enemies with her skill
    – 20% RES PEN with her ult
    – 10% increase all dmg for enemies with her elation skill.

    That’s a total of 50% dmg increase for the team. Compare that to Tribbie E1S0 or Cipher E0S1, which both have 99% dmg increase for the team.

    Of course Yao Guang is a hybrid DPS/Harmony, but if you considered pulling her only for her Harmony capabilities, just don’t.

  3. Welp, her best 4pc set is definitely the one named after and made for her. But for planars…
    I guess I slap a Broken Keel on there until they make one that’s better? She’s a teamwide buffer.

    and Elation isn’t going to be a potential substat on gear, is it? I hope not.
