Seems tailor made to specifically be amazing on a non-sustain team in Pure Fiction alongside Ruan Mei. Really cool!
Harmony Trailblazer with Xuyei is gonna go hard for a 4 star level team. those animations are stylish AF as well.
What is the energy cost on ult?

Ult allows 2 more break effects to be processed, is that too much? Imagine Ruan Mei, Boôthill, Gallaher hitting the enemy with 2 more break effects, how big the damage would be. If Trailblazer’s Ult also allows allies to activate virtual and quantum number action delay. I can imagine a great scenario for the team. Hope I’m wrong
Just from the skill alone, the TB deals 210 toughness damage total(420 for the first use), that’s devastating for a harmony character(Xueyi only does 150 for her ultimate btw). She could potentially be a pseudo sustain if all the enemies are weak to imaginary, she also delays enemy turns that got broken by 30%.
I’m not understanding the ult quite well, but i assume it just trigger any break damage to broken enemies while the buff is up, depending on the attacker’s break damage stats. Other than Xueyi, this could be big for physical breaker that wants break effect on their build, physical break can easily reach 100k depending on the enemies. Luka, Sushang, and Boothill is a candidate.

Do you have a estimate for break damage? I did some calculations against an elite (360 toughness bar). My calculations say a fire break will deal 25k damage against it. That’s with no break effect and buffs/debuffs. TB seems to be able to easily give the entire team 100% break effect, which is double the damage for 50k. With a more proper break base team, I can see each unit break averaging 75k / hit or more which seems kinda insane to me.
It seems like TB break also scale the break damage based on her trace and toughness damage, but the calculations for that is unclear so the damage might be even higher. The large amount of delay given by TB also means that likely you would be able to take 2 turns before they recover, which is again double the damage and might be even crazier with Ruan Mei.
I guess the thing to consider is whether the total break damage is comparable to hypercarrying your dps over the turns.
is there any old units that will enjoy this kit? can only think of xueyi but looks like so far off. and will also need another harmony as mc doesn’t provide the needed buffs for dps

TB for ult buff and strong imaginary break + delay + e4 break effect teamwide buff
Ruan Mei for break efficiency + delay + ice break dmg
Sam/Boothill for main damage + fire/physical break dmg
Might be powerful, but might only be ideal against fire/imaginary weak enemies. Sadly TB’s skill damage doesn’t seem to be good since it will be difficult to build damage stats on her. Might be better to fully commit to full break effect for better team buff and longer delays.
If your Sam is e1, he can implant Fire weakness (well, what is believed to be the current version anyway)
