It keeps increasing.
My motivation to spend any money for this game keeps decreasing with such scam actions.
It’s just a number buff. Compared to Acheron’s light cone “you gain +1 ult stack from her skill”, or Hyacine’s “extra HP loss triggers for the whole team and lots of extra damage”, this lightcone isn’t really adding much to her kit
can Hyacine use this? does Ica target allies as well or is skill/ult performed by Hyacine?
Ica only targets enemies. The passive healing is, well, a passive and doesn’t count as a skill. Hyacine’s actions are Hyacine’s.
RMC can trigger all effects of this LC though. Mem’s support targets a single ally, and Mem punch targets enemies.
On a side note RMC’s ult counts as their own skill, but Mem attacking (e.g., if Hoolay gives you the fear mark, RMC’s ult removes Mem’s fear, but not their own); same goes for Evernight’s ult.
is this LC better than Victory in a Blink?
also is the “cause enemies to take more DMG” the same as Vulnerability or is it just a fancy name for “allies DMG to enemies up”?
Better than victory in every regard. More HP, more SPD, a smidge more CD, and 16% vuln vs 16% DMG% (vuln is normally going to be better)
Enemies taking more dmg = vuln
same as Vulnerability like Hyacine lc which is insane
Comparing S5 Victory to S1 this, assuming you trigger both effects
Victory gives 24% crit to wearer, this gives 25% to everyone.
Victory gives 16% bonus damage to allies, this gives 16% vulnerability(I assume it is one), which is at least the same if not better. Even if it is a fancy “bonus damage to allies”, it’s same as Victory’s buff
Also extra speed, and more hp on top
