    • Yes. Here’s some food for thought: Acheron’s E2S1 gets about 50% damage increase from her E0. The Herta’s E2S1 gets about 150% damage increase from her E0.

  1. I wanted to get THerta because it’s Herta, but after reading the skill names I magically no longer want anything to do with her. Strange…

  2. Is hyperspeed The Herta using Jade’s Debt Collector speed buff better than hyperspeed Lingsha as Debt Collector?

    • HSpeed Lingsha gives and applies more stacks for Jade/Herta. But (!) teaming up Jade with The Herta means lack of Herta Doll or Support, that can buff team/speedup/advance. And Herta Doll is best stack+energy generator for The Herta

  4. Should we be using Izumo or Rutilant? To me, it seems like ultimate damage is a massive part of her kit as well, but rutilant only affects skill and basic damage.

    • rutilant set gives slightly higher dmg increase than izumo, simply because of the oversaturation of atk% buff from her talent and her technique making the atk% boost from izumo becomes less effective. Its even more saturated if you use eternal calculus LC which massively gives atk%. At that point, dmg% boost will yield higher dmg output than atk%. It wouldnt make that big of difference tho, so you can just get the one that gives the best stats

      • Oh I’m a bit of a spender so I’m definitely going for the signature LC, but it’s true that I have pieces left from farming jingliu and I could gear the Herta rlly well with rutilant. I’m just thinking that with a whole major trace dedicated to her ultimate damage, it’s a bit sad that rutilant does not buff it. I don’t rlly like sigonia for its reduced effectiveness in non PF content, so I guess I’ll use rutilant until a better(?) set comes out

  5. Do we build spd on her? Also ERR / ATK rope?

I saw some showcase of her with hyperspeed battery Serval where the op literally build 0 spd on THerta.

Or it’s depend on her team? I’m planning on running her with Robin Lingsha/Fx Serval/Jade.

I currently dont have Jade and Lingsha. Next patch I’ll definitely pull for Lingsha, but as for Jade, I’m still hesitating whether to pull or not.

Any insight will be really appreciated 🙏🏼

    • Yes, depends on team. If you use AA support like remembrance TB/sunday/sparkle/bronya then you dont need to build speed. Robin, unlike other AA supports, can only AA once per ult per cycle. So with robin you undoubtedly need to build speed, at least enough to do 1 more skill.

About jade, you dont need her for madam herta, but her best premium team do want her. Said team is jade+sunday+lingsha. You can do an interesting play with that team.

Btw should I use ERR/ATK rope? or is it also depend on the team?

        • Using ER rope barely change anything since the major trace gives fixed energy recover which mean it’s unaffected by ER, and since youre getting faster ult talent dmg would deal lesser dmg since it scales based on inspiration stack on enemies so you might missed out some stacks from your ally attacks.

However, I could see using ER rope as viable in PF since theres no issue with stacking inspiration and the mobs hp are low too so dealing lesser dmg wouldnt cause an issue.

TLDR; ER rope are situational and only viable in PF. Atk rope are still preferable for general use
