V3 is an update for madam herta:
ult
-atk% buff increased from 64% to 80%, and last from 2 turns to 3 turns
major trace
-when herta uses enhanced skill and if the main target has max stacks, herta gain 50% dmg% for that attack
-non erudition unit in team can apply up to 2 interpretation (1 each target hit + 1 on targeted enemies with highest interpretation stack). Erudition unit in team can apply up to 4 interpretation (3 on each target hit + 1 on targeted enemies with highest interpretation stack)
eidolons:
-E1 now reduces the minimum interpretation stacks on main target of enhanced skill after reset from 1 to 10
-E2 now no longer restricted to each enemies and advance madam herta after using enhanced skill. No longer adds 1 more interpretation that can be added by ally
-E4 from 10% to 12%
-E6 now has Ice res pen. Instead of adding extra multiplier based on how much inspiration applied to enemies, now adds extra multiplier based on amount of enemies hit (less enemies, more dmg)
overall, a HUGE buff to madam herta
error on E6: intrepetation, not inspiration
Does anyone know whether RMC or Robin is better for her?
I’ve been reading RMC’s kit, and he gives 10% crit rate to the target ally, 100% advance action to the target ally, crit dmg to ALL allies, and a whopping 46-73% True damage for every instance of dmg herta deals.
Can Robin even match up to that? The buffs he gives are so absurd to the point I think the devs were literally on crack when they designed RMC’s kit. 46% True dmg was already outrageous and he even gives crit dmg on top of that.
It’s probably going to depend on the damage contribution of the second Erudition unit you run. RTB mostly buffs one unit. Robin buffs them both.
RM can also increase the damage of sustain, if you use and build a sustain that could capitalize on the 80% crit dmg bonus. Something like Lingsha or Aventurine.
Robin seems better in most situations, while RMC True Damage looks crazy it doesn’t do as much on it’s own compared to Robin’s Range of buffs.
However consider, RMC’s Crite Rate will make building more convenient, and Mem’s AoE attacks should help with creating stacks for Herta’s Talents,
but characters tend to get nerfed from Beta to release and they might not release all of HMC Eidolons initially.
RMC’s deal damage twice per turn with his attack and summons and The Herta get energy every time when some one attack enemy. With Robin ultimate will charge longer and she can’t use Herta 80 crit damage buff from trace, plus here follow-up attack buff most of the time will be usless. Even Spakle or Bronya will be better with The Herta. Robin will be good only if some one have Jade and Lingsha with crit build, but it’s still will be uneffctive.
How important is Jade going to be for The Herta’s team? Because I don’t have her, and I’m expecting her to rerun at the same time, that’s going to put a whole lot of stress on my saved pulls. For 5⭐ I have Argenti at E0S1 and Himeko at E2S1, and 4⭐ are all at E6 of course, will one of them be enough?
screwwlum will fix Jade problem
shes okay, but not needed for madam herta. you can use any combination of erudition unit, but the most comfortable is serval (MoC/AS) and herta (PF). Just mix & match; madam herta are good with all of them (except qingque; shes a fake erudition)
Does Robins ult dmg count as an ally attacking and giving The Herta more stacks?
No it’s an additional damage that counts as part of a single attack
I just really don’t like her E2… it feels…. lackluster, even if it were a trace, rather than an Eidolon.
You get +1 interpretation to 1 enemy??? whoaaa that’s crazy! really….?
Okay maybe I should look more at the latter effect instead. So she gets +1 Inspiration so she can fire off her empowered skill more often…. except… it requires you to hit 42 stacks (which firstly, is probably only happening in Pure Fiction~) and her BiS relic set (Scholar Lost in Erudition) will NOT empower any of the additional empowered skills you will fire off with this effect, and each one of these additional empowered skill activations will be consuming your interpretation stacks…
At most this feels like it will be mildly beneficial in Pure Fiction, which is where she’s already supposed to be fine in… and it doesn’t really help her stack interpretation much more to compensate for these potential extra empowered skill activations…
And most importantly – this E2 has a bit of anti-synergy with her rather good E1. As the E1 will fill in some of the interpretation stacks you’re missing, to help you cap out your multiplier without actually hitting 42 stacks on 1 target.
Meanwhile, your E2 wants you to organically cap out 42 stacks on 1 target in order to gain the additional inspiration stack. Which, you’re then already capped out with 42 stacks on 1 enemy, making your E1 redundant for that turn. You get the anti-synergy with her BiS relic set’s damage bonus, and the really strangely lackluster +1 interpretation on 1 enemy? it all just feels kinda off?
I understand how E2 will be a net positive in Pure Fiction, but with how awkward it is relative to other factors, It feels hard to justify it as an investment.
Like why not just stop at E1?
holy yap
here’s your shit yapp 💩
you’ll get it easy in like every non single target boss lol it’s a good ass e2 who gaf if the relic set doesn’t synergise perfectly with it that’s still a free enhanced skill like all the time the ult rearranges the interpretation too like realistically as long as you can apply them well you’ll have a rlly good uptime on it lol it might not be good for like zero cycle demon type shit but for apoc shadow and whatever it’ll be busted
The stack limit is 42, but the kit doesn’t specify a cap on the stacks that are taken into account, meaning the E1 effect can calculate over 42 stacks making it not redundant.
Yes the Enhance skill you get from E2 seems like it’ll be weaker than the one you get from ultimate, but it’ll still better than her base skill
