Do we build spd on her? Also ERR / ATK rope?
I saw some showcase of her with hyperspeed battery Serval where the op literally build 0 spd on THerta.
Or it’s depend on her team? I’m planning on running her with Robin Lingsha/Fx Serval/Jade.
I currently dont have Jade and Lingsha. Next patch I’ll definitely pull for Lingsha, but as for Jade, I’m still hesitating whether to pull or not.
Any insight will be really appreciated 🙏🏼
Yes, depends on team. If you use AA support like remembrance TB/sunday/sparkle/bronya then you dont need to build speed. Robin, unlike other AA supports, can only AA once per ult per cycle. So with robin you undoubtedly need to build speed, at least enough to do 1 more skill.
About jade, you dont need her for madam herta, but her best premium team do want her. Said team is jade+sunday+lingsha. You can do an interesting play with that team.
I see. I still think I’ll skip Jade, coz I need to save for Castorice lol.
Btw should I use ERR/ATK rope? or is it also depend on the team?
Using ER rope barely change anything since the major trace gives fixed energy recover which mean it’s unaffected by ER, and since youre getting faster ult talent dmg would deal lesser dmg since it scales based on inspiration stack on enemies so you might missed out some stacks from your ally attacks.
However, I could see using ER rope as viable in PF since theres no issue with stacking inspiration and the mobs hp are low too so dealing lesser dmg wouldnt cause an issue.
TLDR; ER rope are situational and only viable in PF. Atk rope are still preferable for general use
remember fugue incident? v1-v4 she’s monstrous but v5-v6 they fucked fugue hole
are they going do this to herta as well? fuck you HSR dev
are ya pulling fugue?
doomposting before ver changes are even out…never change HSR.
get some therapy
doomposting your shit, can you even read kid? did you even know what is going on with fugue? if not just STFU kids
I I know what happened with Fugue, I have Fugue and I can say Fugue is perfectly great. Anyone who owns Rappa or Boothill will tell you how much better she makes them feel.
Anyway that’s irrelevant to Madam Herta, bro don’t get mad about theoretical situations you made up
Making up fanfic about beta changes is kinda sad bro
WTF is this, sauce are you high or you just same with the up person that can’t read.
for a moment i thought only a member know what i was talking about, but you are just the same bro. sad so sad..
how are you this angry over a video game thats whats sad
your wife is ugly, just divorced already
Never listen to this “Sauce Kun” kid, he always defend the game regardless how crap the devs treat its players, both in GI and HSR
Just hoping web admins restrict or ban him for a some time due to spamming and provoking people over many comments smh
Thanks for letting me live rent free in your head 🫶🏻
just ate lingshit it’s good as shit
doomposters, doomposters never change. you can’t help but laugh:
‘Ahaha, Firefly, ez skip, she’s so bad.’
‘Fugue, LMAO, ahaha, she’s just an HSR 3-star character.’
And then:
‘OMG, MUST PULL, NO WAY!’
You guys are hopeless
dont u have lingsha
Guys, what are your thoughts on Big Herta’s E1 and E2? worth pulling at all?
e0
E1 & E2 doesnt directly increase the dmg ceiling but it does increase madam herta’s dmg floor. They both are worth to pull, but unecessary
E1 are good to make madam herta more viable in MoC/AS because in that mode you dont always fight elites/boss that spawn perishable mobs.
E2 are great in PF, but mostly not needed (like acheron’s E2). Shines the best in PF, kinda mid in MoC/AS as its effectiveness relies on perishable mobs
V3 update new quantum set is nerfed, now herta can’t use it
dang thing is overrated AF and it has as much impact on madam herta (or literally everyone else) as the current V4
The only thing left is to change those atk% traces with crit rate traces and all will be dandy ready
im wondering how good her e2 will be giving her a second use of her enhanced skill since youre now encouraged to use it when the stacks are at 42 so you can get the 50% dmg boost
V3 is an update for madam herta:
ult
-atk% buff increased from 64% to 80%, and last from 2 turns to 3 turns
major trace
-when herta uses enhanced skill and if the main target has max stacks, herta gain 50% dmg% for that attack
-non erudition unit in team can apply up to 2 interpretation (1 each target hit + 1 on targeted enemies with highest interpretation stack). Erudition unit in team can apply up to 4 interpretation (3 on each target hit + 1 on targeted enemies with highest interpretation stack)
eidolons:
-E1 now reduces the minimum interpretation stacks on main target of enhanced skill after reset from 1 to 10
-E2 now no longer restricted to each enemies and advance madam herta after using enhanced skill. No longer adds 1 more interpretation that can be added by ally
-E4 from 10% to 12%
-E6 now has Ice res pen. Instead of adding extra multiplier based on how much inspiration applied to enemies, now adds extra multiplier based on amount of enemies hit (less enemies, more dmg)
overall, a HUGE buff to madam herta
error on E6: intrepetation, not inspiration
Does anyone know whether RMC or Robin is better for her?
I’ve been reading RMC’s kit, and he gives 10% crit rate to the target ally, 100% advance action to the target ally, crit dmg to ALL allies, and a whopping 46-73% True damage for every instance of dmg herta deals.
Can Robin even match up to that? The buffs he gives are so absurd to the point I think the devs were literally on crack when they designed RMC’s kit. 46% True dmg was already outrageous and he even gives crit dmg on top of that.
It’s probably going to depend on the damage contribution of the second Erudition unit you run. RTB mostly buffs one unit. Robin buffs them both.
RM can also increase the damage of sustain, if you use and build a sustain that could capitalize on the 80% crit dmg bonus. Something like Lingsha or Aventurine.
Robin seems better in most situations, while RMC True Damage looks crazy it doesn’t do as much on it’s own compared to Robin’s Range of buffs.
However consider, RMC’s Crite Rate will make building more convenient, and Mem’s AoE attacks should help with creating stacks for Herta’s Talents,
but characters tend to get nerfed from Beta to release and they might not release all of HMC Eidolons initially.
RMC’s deal damage twice per turn with his attack and summons and The Herta get energy every time when some one attack enemy. With Robin ultimate will charge longer and she can’t use Herta 80 crit damage buff from trace, plus here follow-up attack buff most of the time will be usless. Even Spakle or Bronya will be better with The Herta. Robin will be good only if some one have Jade and Lingsha with crit build, but it’s still will be uneffctive.
How important is Jade going to be for The Herta’s team? Because I don’t have her, and I’m expecting her to rerun at the same time, that’s going to put a whole lot of stress on my saved pulls. For 5⭐ I have Argenti at E0S1 and Himeko at E2S1, and 4⭐ are all at E6 of course, will one of them be enough?
screwwlum will fix Jade problem
shes okay, but not needed for madam herta. you can use any combination of erudition unit, but the most comfortable is serval (MoC/AS) and herta (PF). Just mix & match; madam herta are good with all of them (except qingque; shes a fake erudition)
Does Robins ult dmg count as an ally attacking and giving The Herta more stacks?
No it’s an additional damage that counts as part of a single attack
