Recovers Skill Point(s) for allies. If Skill Points overflow during recovery, the excess points will be recorded, up to a max of points. When an ally character’s turn ends, if Skill Points are below the maximum, Sparkle consumes the recorded value to recover Skill Points until the upper limit is reached. Then, grants all allies “Cipher.” For ally targets with “Cipher,” each stack of the DMG Boost against enemies provided by Sparkle’s Talent additionally increases by per stack, lasting for turn(s).

Recovers Skill Points for allies and additionally increases the Vulnerability effect provided by Sparkle’s Talent.
