Then, grants all allies “Cipher”. For ally targets with “Cipher,” the DMG Boost effect provided by Sparkle’s Talent increases by an additional per stack, lasting for turn(s).

Recovers Skill Points for the team and converts overflowed Skill Points into “Mask,” additionally increasing the DMG Boost effect provided by Sparkle’s Talent.
