Wait a sec. This LC buffs both Follow-up and Skill Dmg, does this means if Topaz uses this one that it double stacks on her skill? Her skill is considered a Follow-up according to the description.
if its considered a follow up attack, it will take follow up atk dmg% only. So no it will not double. Still a decent 4 star option for her though

why would this be a nameless honor lightcone, if anything all the other 4* should go, it makes no sense for them to release just one ligthcone for nameless honor. This will most likely be the free 4* S5 from the main event for Archer since he is a follow up unit.
I sure hope it’s free, because your boy needs a decent light cone for Feixiao
