Games are products that can be interpreted differently depending on culture. The bronseele/phaidei ships are just ambiguous projection made by the fans, not explicitly shown outright by the devs. You can’t justify the fact that “straight harem games” are the only way forward for successful gacha games. Different people want different things, that’s why games unknowingly adapt to such diverse communities by allowing multiple interpretations. Hell, Blue Archive can have such implied yaoi ships if you know where to look. Even ExuMosti (Arknights) is the ship that sails in my headcanon mind.
Just my two cents. Insults and rants—especially homophobic—don’t strengthen a claim, it only shows their cracks. Feel free to reply with insults or nothing at all, it’ll just make the cracks show more.

Very much doubt Mihoyo would axe Japan world because of political tensions. They’re a bunch of self-admitted weebs, and the tensions have been there pretty much before HSR (and then some) even launched.
HSR’s not looking too good for me right now, seriously considering quitting the game for the first time. With all these ridiculous HP inflations and rewards that are not on par to counter act it, it’s really hard to make someone stay TBH.
The story is still good, but the battle is not fun anymore like it was during the 1.0 to 2.X phase where power crept wasn’t that much of a deal than it is now.

the only interesting units during 2.x were acheron, feixiao and robin, they all have gimmicks and fun to play around.
you also have to realize only a very small % of players actually do the end game content, mostly dont care about 0 cycle meta (which is just insane to me, there’s literally no point in 0 cycling something reward-wise; could be a nice challenge to do, but… with hp inflation is just not possible anymore with e0s1)
so yeah, i get your points and i only agree about the hp inflation, game will be absolutely fine and if you don’t like it, just don’t play it. but don’t spread misinformation xd battle is and still is fun, even with new modes added (currency war is a blast)
