Does he do good damage without e2 or his LC?
He does not even with his E2.
What I don’t like about Jiaoqiu’s Kit is that 40% is not enough on a v2.x limited banner Legendary character.
Pela can do the “same” and she is a v1.x Epic lol!

Jiaoqiu inflict a vulnerability debuff, not a def debuff.
Your f2p alternative for it would be Guinaifen not Pela in this case.

Nontheless in the end Pela and Jiaoqiu are both AoE Debuffers.
I expect a limited Legendary v2.x character to be much better than a v1.x Epic!
Currently both Pela and Jiaoqiu have a 40% AoE Debuff.
You have to realize that for Acheron’s Ultimate, JQ’s 40%+15% (Ult) Vulnerability is already comparable to SW’s 53% Def and 13% Res debuffs.
That’s without even factoring in that he has more avenues to improve upon his debuffing such as his Sig LC and E1 (the DMG% Acheron benefits from completely, unlike DoT comps).
Easiest way to go about this is by changing his Ult Vulnerability to just regular Vulnerability so more potential team comps benefit from it, while keeping the value same for Acheron (slight buff to her Skills though).
They can just keep the condition that it’s only active during Ult, which is fair enough imo.
Great, now I’ll just wait for the next free selecter Guinaifen. Free Jiaoqiu E2 lol. He’s like a 5-star Xinyan, kit going everywhere and nowhere.

This here is why so-called “leaks” should never be taken at face value.
Because if we look at “leaks” compared to his current kit, it’s pure massacre. He went from very unique sounding universal aoe def shreder that could heal and be slotted in every team comp that could possibly exist, to Acheron-only luxury unit I guess.
more precisely, people here calculated he is only about 5% better than pela, given how impossible it is to farm relic in this game and he is not a top 1 dps, investing half a year worth of time to farm for a mid support is just suicide, we all know low eids 5 star in this game need absolute perfect relic to perform ok in moc
His support builds require ehr and basically nothing else from what I can tell, 140 EHR will NOT take half a year no matter how terrible your luck is
And E0 5*s can perform fine in MoC at standard investment levels
you are right, i was talking about my style of only doing moc 1-2 times per patch so any extra roll to spd, hp% or def% can go a long way to save a run

It’s a bit of a toss up. He needs high EHR needs, upwards 1.77 to guarantee stacks on his ult. Sig offers a lot and there’s a lack of EHR LC’s besides Tutorial and Eyes of Prey.
