Q: Does SW recover energy when she hits an enemy that isn’t DEF-reduced using their ult?
A: Yes. In this case the enemy becomes DEF-reduced, then gets attacked.
Q: Does SW recover energy when she hits an enemy that isn’t DEF-reduced using her normal or skill and happen to inflict that DEF-reduction from her talent?
A: No. In this case the enemy is attacked, then becomes DEF-reduced.
I’m from the future and you’re not gonna believe this
So we can’t possibly get it ever again? This piece of light cone is so important for silver wolf and its absence can’t be compensated except by silver wolf’s E1 and E2. Pela and black swan are also pretty appreciate for it. I wish so they will allow players who missed it out to get it some day, or at least release a new 4-star nihility light cone that is interchangeable with it.
When has Hoyo ever reran an event reward?
how good is this on Pela?
At S5 it’s an easy BiS contender, with the only other options being S5 Resolution Shines as Pearls of Sweat or the SW or Kafka 5* LC’s.
It has a lot of EHR, meaning you can build more defense. But most importantly is that together with +15 ERR rope it enables MoC first turn ult and 2 basic rotations to ult.
Here’s a good Pela guide that explains her energy requirements: https://hsr.keqingmains.com/pela/#pela_energy_requirements
This at S5 or Eyes of the Prey at S5?
My choice is this, cuz Silver Wolf needs energy and she can’t cause DOT.
Event light cones in HSR look very OP. So the real question you should ask yourself is: Do you want to pay to trivialise the game, or enjoy a slightly harder challenge for free **raises glass**
So this at S5 or Incessant rain at S1.
if you want a sub dps/debuffer sw then go for her sig, if you just want het to do focus on her debuffing ability, then this one is a lot better
Ok, thanks for the info. I think I’ll go for the 4* and go for e2. If I do that, I don’t have to invest into effect hit% as much and go for Attack% in its place. I’ll roll for her light cone during her rerun.
I should have about 180 tickets saved by the time her banner drops. Hopefully that will be enough…
Of course Incessant rain will be the best in slot. This weapon is more towards F2P players that can’t afford pulling on the lightcone banner. Aka Cope lightcone, but still that effect hit rate bonus is really useful.
Incessant Rain is better but Tutorial Mission is really good and free.
Isn’t this LC really good with Welt who’s paired with Pela (w/ Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat)? This allows Welt to build Crit and ATK rope (instead of ER) while still having 50% Effect Hit Rate and 8 energy per skill, no?
Or am I missing something from this LC and this is idea is basically cope?
