I aint gonna lie… they are running out of ideas, its way too soon for yet another Topaz powercreep.
At least Cipher had some fun gimmick with the coin build up, this is just boring, like at this point just powercreep Feixiao and make the kit more special.
The “Dahlia” of FuA huh, but even less inspired.
I believe they will, in fact, release “powercreep Feixiao” character around 1 patch later.
This isn’t really “running out of ideas”, this is intentional “I heard you liked followup archetype, you can revive it with this new shiny unit”, to follow it up(pun intended) with “Well look at this busted synergy with another character, surely you don’t want to miss out on that, after all you already have half the combo”.
Or maybe they did indeed run out of ideas, and for the rest of the game’s lifetime we’ll be alternating between already existing archetypes powercreeping each other, but I am personally inclined to assume malice over stupidity here
I saw somewhere that he’s supposed to be a support for a DPS unit that won’t come out until around mid-late 4.x. Even then, he’s on a patch that lasts for 4 weeks and he’ll possibly rerun when that DPS unit comes out.

Am i crazy? Dude amps follow-up dmg on Robin lvl(or even more), while providing his own dmg on top of it.
40% def shred? +120% CD on follow-up? +80% Dmg of follow-ups?
