| Description | While Hoolay is in the Moon Rage state, applies 1 stack of Irate to Hoolay after every attack launched by friendly units. If Hoolay uses an attack, additionally applies 1 stack of Irate. After every attack used by target units, reduce 1 stack of Irate. Irate will have an initial set of stacks. When a certain number of Irate stacks is reached, Hoolay will release Lupine Chase Calls Bloody Gleam and remove all Irate stacks. Whenever Irate stacks are reduced to 0 due to attacks from player characters, Hoolay’s Toughness will be reduced and reset Irate to a set number of stacks. |
