Character DetailsA member of the Masked Fools. Inscrutable and unscrupulous.
A dangerous maestro of theatrics, utterly engrossed in the art of performance. Adorned with innumerable masks, she is the hero with a thousand faces.
Wealth, status, power... None of those matters to Sparkle. The only thing that can get her attention is "amusement."
Character Story: Part IThe girl, an abandoned orphan, lived without knowledge of her origins or destination until she encountered a passing troupe. From a distance, she watched a black-haired lady with a double ponytail, gracefully moving across the stage like a fish. Despite donning various masks, they did not hinder her laughs and cries during her performance, captivating the audience even from afar. The fish leaped in front of her, then dove back down, creating ripples in the surface of the water.

Gradually, she realized she was watching the performance from beneath the stage.

Intrigued, she continued to watch the performances for countless days, but she remained an audience member, never stepping into the spotlight. After one of the shows ended, she went backstage, where the black-haired lady handed her a mask.
"Can I perform, too?"
"Why not? If others believe you are 'Sparkle,' then you are. Go, it's time for your show."

As the curtain, serving as the fourth wall, was drawn, the stage remained dimly lit, revealing an unsettling black void. Though wearing a mask, she knew the audience could see and hear her. She kept recalling Sparkle's performance, imitating her movements, voice, and demeanor.

"You've done very well for your first time."
"But my imitation... Was not perfect."
"That is a minor hiccup, but not a problem as long as nobody notices the difference... By the way, we are leaving tomorrow, so for as long as you want, you are the true Sparkle here, and you can make her whoever you want her to be."

Sparkle wanted to say something, but the lady affectionately rubbed her head.
"Not many people come to see us, except for you. We're just a small troupe, and we don't have grand aspirations of becoming famous in the cosmos... It brings me joy to meet someone like you who will remember an insignificant character named Sparkle... Don't cry, you can keep this mask. Now it's yours."
Sparkle nodded.
"When you don this mask, you have the power to become anyone and no one... If you truly aspire to be an actor, don't limit yourself to this small stage. Set your sights on the larger world and explore new horizons."

Character Story: Part IIAs the last descendant of the Puppet Clan, the girl lacked the freedom to choose. She was bound to live her life according to the dictates of the mask, as puppets were mere vessels for the masks.

According to their legend, the longer a puppet dons a mask, the higher the chances of the puppet acquiring a soul, resembling a true human. However, in human folklore, masks were depicted as tools used for resurrecting the deceased, thus leading to the dwindling numbers of her people.

However, as she had no interest in becoming human, being a doll was not an unfavorable choice for her. She dutifully obeyed the commands of the mask, despite the risk of attracting pursuers, as defying the mask proved to be challenging.

Movement was a crucial aspect.
By the will of the mask, she needed to smile sweetly when happy, hold her forehead while crying, grit her teeth when angry, narrow her eyes when jealous, and make a scene when in despair. There were also signature gestures, such as raising her eyebrows slightly to face others with the left side of her face, and raising her hand to express love, although she had to lower it later, as slightly biting her lower lip was the way to convey her true desires.

Voice was another aspect.
Depending on the situation, her voice needed to be cheerful when happy, mellifluous when expressing lyrical emotions, calm and assertive when making statements, strained when harboring hatred, and sorrowful when filled with grief.

Remarkably, she managed to sustain this way of life for years, seamlessly blending into her surroundings and even becoming a playwright. Nobody ever suspected that she wore a mask. However, she couldn't help but wonder if there existed another type of "mask" in the world — perhaps someone wearing such a mask would laugh when seeking revenge, shed tears when smiling, remain silent when raging... And speak the most sarcastic remarks with the utmost calmness.

Naturally, she couldn't do this due to the will of the mask, but as a playwright, making her characters on stage act like this was easy for her.

One morning, the doorbell rang, but it wasn't her usual delivery person at the door.
"Dear Miss Sparkle, I wonder if we could have a chat?"
"We have read your latest work, and we're curious if you know anything about the 'Mask'..."

Character Story: Part IIIThe faceless girl realized that she must be under some kind of curse. Why else couldn't she feel any stimuli? Her sense of pain, taste, and smell were all intact, yet she was unable to react to them. Naturally, she couldn't experience joy, anger, sadness, or a range of emotions. She could only strive to observe others' reactions in various situations to understand their feelings.

"...How would you feel if you were drinking a cup of bitter tea? How would you drink it?"
Although tied to the chair and immobilized, the homeless man on the left made an appreciative gesture and nodded. The girl in the middle immediately cried and shook her head in denial, while the madam on the right wrinkled her nose in disgust.

"What if you were in an extremely cold hut, with only this cup of tea at hand?"
Naturally, the man nodded. The girl cried for a while and then reluctantly accepted, while the lady still reacted in disgust.

She continued to change her scenarios and ask questions day and night until her interviewees passed out. She would send them home and seek out new targets for her "interviews."

During that time, the town's inhabitants all had the same nightmare. They found themselves trapped in a place where a blurred-faced young girl politely asked them questions, and they had no choice but to answer. They could only provide responses repeatedly until the young girl meticulously recorded every detail on paper masks, one after another. Whenever a mask was filled, it was replaced by another.

This nightmare was soon replaced by another, as residents claimed to see paper masks flying through the air in the middle of the night. The masks would talk to each other, faintly glowing before eventually fading out, resembling sparklers in the night sky. They appeared every night, as if they were residents living in the shadow of the town.

In a dark basement, a young lady remained unaware of this nightmare. She had gathered enough information about people's nuanced emotions and their perceptions of different things... To make more paper masks. She firmly believed that although she possessed no emotions, the masks she created had flesh and blood. She even believed that one day, they would become real beings.

Character Story: Part IV"There are a few versions that are particularly popular." When Sparkle arrived at Fool's Tavern, she admitted her deeds. "Liking and believing are two different things, but people are more likely to believe in their favorite stories."

"Lies? Come on, I'm not trying to tell a grand story or fabricate an eye-catching experience... I'm wholeheartedly exercising my imagination for my own sake. I imagine various lives, seek excitement, and then recreate them as best I can, and pump the brakes on my imaginative balloon just a second before it bursts."

"Seriously, having a script is far from enough. First and foremost, I must wholeheartedly believe that the character I'm portraying truly exists. Then, I need to imagine the other stories where the character would appear. I always need extra information to make their motivation logical and emotional."

"And only then will I feel I can grasp the essence of the character without being influenced by others. After all, I might encounter other Fools, and I won't know what they want until I know who they are. Sometimes, you simply like the appearance of a character, and sometimes, you just want to experience it for fun. I do that sometimes, too."

"And of course, there are those who play solely for the sake of gain or to be regarded in that way, hoping for unimaginable wealth, status, or power... Anyway, what I'm trying to convey is that in such an environment, who but myself can guarantee that I won't stray from my intended path and become a character in someone else's story? Nobody! That's why I have to tirelessly imagine and immerse myself in the act."

"No, I'm not denying it... It's truly addictive to me. The more I imagine, the more I get absorbed in those characters, the wonderful and tragic situations I create for them, and the emotions they experience in those circumstances..."

"Sure, I used to think about that kind of life... Joining a troupe, becoming an actor, traveling to unknown planets for performances, creating a character with my own name on it... But then, one day, I had a sudden realization!"

"If you want to perform, is there a stage more captivating than your own life?"

    • What else would you want her to have? she only really can use 5 stats – crit dmg, speed, hp, def, eff res. Def would be the worst and lets be real she was most likely designed to support Seele, where you need to speed tune her a lot and you don’t want too much speed, so I think they gave her best traces they could, definietly better than wind dmg bronya

      • Yeah the hp bonus along with default stats. Does have the up side of her being more tanky than miss dies alot Tingyun. Which is most likely not a issue if you are running a good healer like Lynx, someone like Fu Xuan. Yet even without them and you are still using Nat. Hey a support that is not a glass canon who will die to the first thing that hits them, is a benefit.

    • Well speaking of Tingyun. Did some quick math. with bonuses from leveling them up. their defense in total would be 483, slightly below Sparkle. Throw in base hp of 847 vs 1395 or 1704 with traces.. Yeah it can be seen as to why Tingyun is known as dying alot.

      Now of course the whole issue of being able to take a hit. Won’t really matter, if your team has someone like Gepard or Fu xuan on it. Now if your running nat, the ability to take a hit could matter. Given Lynx is free, Nat should be replaced asap. Now in the case of Sparkle, given she has higher defense and hp by default, without traces. It does seem like they might of when a bit overboard to avoid dying alot aka Tingyun 2.0. Yeah speed or at least one or two of them being speed might of been better, like say at least 7 speed, to make it easy to reach break points. Unless they were secretly designing her to be for Jingliu. Given her default stats, should of already been enough to keep her from dying alot. Unless someone was thinking ah yes, people are going to run mashing cogs with her rather than a four star or five star lightcone.

  1. So if I’m doing mono quantum with Seele what kind of speed should I be aiming for on Sparkle? My Seele is at 123 spd (115+8) so with her skill she’s at 151. I was planning to run the 4pc spd set on Sparkle which will buff an additional 10% when she ults putting Seele at 163 spd with both buffs active. My Sparkle currently will be at 132 spd and 142 with the set buff when she ults. Should I try to get Sparkle to 134+ or keep her under? Will the 4pc speed set mess up my rotations or will it help?

    • Sparkle is at 132 minimum with that 4/pc set with speed boots. That’s already too fast for Seele at that speed for you to get the constant 2x turns. So with that you can go more. If you get your Seele to 134 speed as well however then you’d wanna limit Sparkle to 134. 1 to break the benchmark the other so Seele can use the skill > normal rotation to get 2x turns and become SP neutral vs single target.

    • If my math is correct then with 134 Sparkle speed, your Seele would need to have at least 187 or 188 speed to do Sparkle E -> Seele E -> Seele Q -> Sparkle E ->…
      Basically do 1.4 * Sparkle speed and you get your needed Seele speed (Seele E is +1, Q is +0.9 and Sparkle E is -0.5)

    • So your Seele would need 150 speed before E which would need too many speed stats and not be worth it. Idk if speed boots instead of atk% would be worth it, probably just better to slow down your Sparkle I guess, not sure which is better. But if you have Seele signature LC that wants you to have 160 speed to get the most out of it, so if you have 160 speed on Seele then your Sparkle can’t have more than 114 speed… and with your current 151 speed you don’t want your sparkle faster than 107.

        But if what you say is correct. maybe Seele will need E2 afterall.

      • My friend calced it before when E1 give speed instead of attack and i asked for E1 calcs. For a 144 Sparkle we needed a 174 Seele after buffs on the calcs they did. So idk how you get to 188 speed with a 134 speed Sparkle, something seems off.

        • my bad, idk how my brain thought it’s 10%… it is in fact 20%. So it should be 1.3 * Sparkle speed.
          Therefore after fixing my calcs… for 134 Sparkle, Seele needs 174.2, so 140 before E.
          160 Seele limits Sparkle to 123 and 151 limits her to 116

          • I want to ask how much speed should I then put on Sparkle if I have Seele E2, whether it is better: around 134 or between 161-170 (Seele E2 with no speed substats has 172.5); and in both cases I would also like to know if I have to put and how much speed on Seele for optimal rotation.

          • I see, i wonder if i confused what my friend said and they meant Seele needed to be 174 before anymore speed buffs. Which would match what you just put. In this case… it changes things. :hmm:

          • Considering you want to build a lot of crit dmg on her for skill, I wouldn’t try to go overboard with speed. So if we just look at the final speed and if you have no speed substats, then I’d say just try to do 132 max.
            The only problem is that (I don’t have E2 Seele but) if I’m not wrong, then you don’t instantly get this 172.5 speed, but you need 2 turns for this to take effect, so it’d look like this:
            Sparkle E -> Seele gets pulled straight to her -> Seele E -> Seele has 143.75 speed, so she outspeeds Sparkle a bit and when it’s Seele turn, Sparkle AV would be 6 and if you then -> Seele Q -> her AV would be around 50 when Sparkle takes turn and after -> Sparkle E -> Seele AV is 15, so they get desynced a bit -> Seele E -> increases her speed further and at this point Sparkle AV should be 61 and Seele new AV is 58 and it’s a problem, because now no matter what you do, they’re desynced. It will slowly fix itself. The slower Sparkle is, the faster it’ll fix itself, but also less value her advance forward has and that’s still something you probably don’t want to even happen in the first place. Lets show this scenario like this:
            Sparkle E -> Seele AV 0, Sparkle AV 76 -> Seele E -> Seele AV 70, Sparkle AV 76 -> Seele Q -> Sparkle AV 6, Seele AV 56 ->
            Sparkle E -> Seele AV 15, Sparkle AV 76 -> Seele E -> Seele AV 58, Sparkle AV 61 -> Seele Q -> Sparkle AV 3, Seele AV 46 ->
            Sparkle E -> Seele AV 14 Sparkle AV 76 -> Seele E -> Seele AV 58, Sparkle AV 62 -> Seele Q -> Sparkle AV 4, Seele AV 46
            Sparkle E -> Seele AV 13…
            As you can see each iteration Seele AV will be closer to 0 after Sparkle uses E. You can give Sparkle less speed which will make this gap close faster
            I’ve just made Unity project (after writing all this above) to simulate this all and if you want this gap closed for example at the end of 1 Cycle clear, then your Sparkle would need no more than 120 speed and with this only once Seele wouldn’t be put straight after Sparkle. It’s hard to give you an easy answer to any scenario, as it doesn’t calculate the result, but just simulates it according to values I input.

            And with this I thought about an idea that’ll be more skill point heavy at the beginning, but if you can manage that, then it’s the best scenario. Use first unbuffed Seele action to cast E and get 2nd stack faster, then with 132 speed Sparkle (program calculates more precise, but I’ll just put closest whole numbers):
            Sparkle E -> Seele AV 0, Sparkle AV 76 -> Seele E -> Seele AV 70, Sparkle AV 76 -> Seele E -> Sparkle AV 6, Seele AV 58 ->
            Sparkle E -> Seele AV 28, Sparkle AV 76 -> Seele E -> Sparkle AV 53, Seele AV 58 ->
            Sparkle E -> Seele AV 0, Sparkle AV 76 -> Seele E -> Seele AV 58, Sparkle AV 76 -> Seele Q -> Sparkle AV 18, Seele AV 46 ->
            Sparkle E -> Seele AV 0, Sparkle AV 76 ->…

            And with a huge amount of skill points we get pretty fast what we wanted.

            SO IN CONCLUSION!
            For E2 if we can manage this amount of skill points then the formula for most optimal Sparkle speed is “Seele speed * 1.5 / 1.3” rounded down
            Before E2 it’s “Seele speed * 1.25 / 1.3” also rounded down and in both cases you don’t want more than that, less is fine

          • 134 is kinda minimum to reach breakpoints. But you also have to remember Seele extra turns. If you can ult right from the get go you get another turn if it kills for you to skill, so before Sparkle even moves you have 1 skill buff, then you get another next time. But even if you don’t, you can get both first turn if your first skill kills an enemy.

            It’s a bit too hard to say with just speculation.

          • The problem is that it’s just a theory and in practice everything can easily break apart if you get frozen etc. And while the speed formula I wrote gives you the sweet spot for a perfect run, you’ll still need to adjust according to situation. Those breakpoints are only if you want to fit in a certain amount of cycles anyway, they’re just a nice to haves, and in this particular E2 scenario even if you give her 134 speed your Seele won’t get additional action in 0 cycle, unless you actually proc resurgence on Seele first turn and do double E. Honestly it’s just too many different scenarios to think about imo. If you don’t care about doing a stage in 0 cycles 132 speed is his best option, if you only care about 0 cycles then go for 134 and if you can proc resurgence in her first turn you’ll get additional turn in 0 cycle. If you care about Seele getting pulled straight to Sparkle go for 132, if you just want to buff her and provide as big advance forward as possible then go for 134, even if you don’t proc resurgence the furthest apart they get is 4AV in 5 cycle clear which in most cases won’t even make a difference than 0AV. And even if you choose any of those, then enemy actions can destroy this order and you’ll have to improvise anyway. So honestly it’s up to you, but personally I’d try to get as close to the value I calculated as possible, because it’s the most stable scenario

    • Hello, with a bit of Math helps I figured that your sparkle should be at 153 speed to enable the rotation Sparkle E – Seele E – Seele Q – Sparkle E – Seele E in the first cycle 0 (Just start the fight, on first wave of mobs). Actually your Seele speed is at the sweet spot to enable this rotation (and you probably would want it on the first cycle 0 to enable Seele to get 3 turns without having to resort to Ultimate, I calculated it with no speed bonus, with speed bonus it won’t affect much). Here’s the math, consider the rotation starts with Sparkle push Seele to her position, after that Seele will get a speed boost to overtake Sparkle when her next turn comes. She uses Normal attack in the 2nd turn and with Sparkle’s pushing 50% action forward your Seele gets her 3rd turn in cycle 0. Illustrate the formula we have: 10000/(Sparkle’s speed) + 13000/(1.25*Seele’s speed) = 150, input your Seele at 123 speed we have Sparkle at 153 speed. (Just take it as cycle 0 has 150 AV, Seele with 70% action forward only needs to move a distance of 13000 to have 2 actions.) But do remember that Sparkle’s speed won’t exceed 1.25 times of Seele’s base speed, or else this combo won’t exist in cycle 0. After this tuning is over, your turn will be a rinse-repeat of Seele skill – Sparkle push Seele – Seele skill again -…. Your Seele shouldn’t have over 136 speed because that will push Sparkle to 171 speed, sacrificing too many crit dmg subs in the process.

    • this is just a theory of mine and have to wait for until hanabi come to check but im farming for this team:
      1 dps that can solo the stage, 1 abundance that have shared feeling (my is at s1 but i think it is fine), 1 harmony (bronya heer) with past self in mirror, and hanabi with either s5 meshing cog or s5 memories of the past
      normally, hanabi need 3 turn for her ult, but if my calculate is right, every 2 turn, with 125 er, hanabi got [30×2(from either basic atk or skill) + 8×2(hanabi lc) + 10(past self) + 2(shared)]*1.25 = 88*1.25 = 110, exactly enough for hanabi ult.
      if think not good, i can just stack spd for the abundance and wait for more shared copy, hope things work upon hanabi release

    • Yes, if you set up the team right you can run them both together. Have Sparkle be faster than Bronya to make sure she pulls the DPS above Bronya first, then Bronya will go giving your DPS yet another go. Your DPS will never move by their own speed so you can still build a pure DPS character unlike if you use Bronya solo. You won’t get 3x more turns like some people seem to think but you will get pretty much 2x 160 speed based turns which is still a lot. Not to mention every attack would be buffed by one of them. It wouldn’t work so well with follow up attackers though since neither buff would be on in-between turns. It would have some downtime as well since even with Sparkle it costs a LOT of SP to run.

    • The attack % is only a tiny part of her kit. Which even non momo teams still get a tiny boost in attack % by 15%.
      Many teams can use her. Long as they benefit from crit damage. She does advance the actions of others, which is why many are trying to go with a fast Sparkle, so they can drag the dps to the top of the turn order. Letting them swap out speed boost for attack boots. Which she can spam her skill and still be spell point positive or just be a spell point generating machine, allowing others characters to more freely use their skills. Given her basic attack generates the same energy as her skill. She is very flexible in terms of her use.

      If anything. She might simply be suited to different teams than Mei, rather than being worst than her.

          • Its an unrealistic ideology based on “equality” that some hypocrite use it to do wrong thing, make it seems more acceptable to cover their trashy intentions, right?

        • Wrong. It’s an idealistic ideology where everyone is always equal. But when put into practice, there is no way to actually do such a thing. Therefore, a group ends up managing the equality, leading to an imbalance in equality. That group ends up being ridiculously powerful, and if it ends up corrupted by bad actors, they can basically do whatever they want.

          It’s a great ideal, with the absolute worst execution. The main downside is that it is super susceptible to corruption, but the reason why it would never work in the west is that it directly conflicts with the ideals and the people in power of the west.

          • Hmmmmm when you said “there is no way to actually do such thing”, isnt that mean the ideology is unrealistic?
            I think equality among living things itself is unrealistic.
            Therefore, based on my iq 51 deduction, the ideology never meant to be realized, its just a hypocrite ideology to cover things up, something like doctrine.

          • Everything is equal? Wouldn’t that be egalitarianism? Also feminism has so many different scets. They fight against each other all the time. Due to not focusing more on x over y. in the case of communism. They love to use, the real scotsman fallacy. By denying nothing bad ever happen, when someone try to follow these ideas. Even with it leading to bad results on any meaningful scale.

            Which in the case of equality. That is not always a good thing. Since rather than trying to bring someone up by teaching them how to read. I can ban teaching anyone to read, to ensure everyone reaches the same state of equality. For people not being equal can be a good thing. For after all. A movie needs actors, writers, film crew, extras, stunt doubles. this wide variety of skills make many things possible, that simply wouldn’t exist if everyone was a good writer.

            which when a idea is super susceptible to corruption. That sounds like the main issue with it. Given it doesn’t seem realistic and sounds like it fails to put in proper checks and balances, to ensure things work smoothly. Rather than going down the drain. the moment one bad person comes into power.

      • going by current info. It seems she will work best with at least 2 other Nihility characters. Due to bonuses.

        • @Reina @Vizier

          Sorry for asking you two so bluntly, but do you have any in-depth meaning as to Sparkles relevance to Imbibitor Lunae, and in focus, on IL E2?

          Looking at a lot of videos and guides and trying to get my head around it.

          Boyfriend got IL E2S1 Wastelander-4p&RA-2p & ATK Boots/ATK Rope, Tingyun E6/Hackerspace-4p/CogsS5/Vonwaqc, Bronya E1S1/Hackerspace&Wuthering, Ruan Mei E0S1/Meteor&Hackerspace, Hanya/Asta/Pela E6.

          Best friend got IL E0S1 Musketeer-4p&RA-2p & ATK Boots/ATK&ER Rope, Tingyun E6/Hackerspace-4p/CogsS5/Vonwaqc, Bronya E0S1/Hackerspace&Wuthering, Ruan Mei E0S1/Meteor&Hackerspace, Asta/Pela E6, Hanya E0.

          Both got “build” Mono-Quantum teams.
          So, as well as RNG f*** us over with relics, as well as me seemingly can’t keep up on guides (Vonwacq TY was from like a week ago when everyone and their dog were talking about that being BIS, not desyncing Bronya with Hackerspace-4p, etc.) and bc of bad relic luck not into 161 Bronya/180 Bronya-tech, etc. -big sighs insert here-), what kind of Sparkle would be best for them? As in E0/1/2 & S0/1? Both are dolphins, bf less, best friend more.

          //
          Following text is just about upcoming stuff and preferences and not needed in the direct mathematic details, etc.:
          Boyfriend leans into getting Topaz next for FUA team and can’t stand Sparkles attitude/character design at all, even going so far as retching when she comes up as a topic but seemingly having to be pulled bc of pseudo-Meta reasons.

          Best friend loves Kafka and has DoT team build with Black Swan/Ruan Mei/actually still Luocha E1, but will be Huo² as soon as she re-runs. He is normally very much into over-the-top Yandere Enoshima Yunko/Yumeko Jabami/Gasai Yuno-style characters but rubs a bit different with Sparkles design just being a blatant chaos-monster a-hole mindless destruction special needs snowflake. Sees the reason of her being pulled in a completionist sense (getting every character but not necessarily their LCs), but also into being Meta for long time at least in Mono-Quantum.

          • When exactly does this rule apply? I’ve read that if you have 0 SPD rolls and ATK boots on Seele then you want a >134 and <143 SPD Sparkle.
            What if my Seele is on 134 SPD and I've got no alternative build though? I've long since used this Seele build with 134 SPD (without sacrificing other substats), and this way she touches 163 SPD when she skills.
            Am I losing something by playing a 160 SPD Sparkle with that Seele? I figured out that this way I'm only losing 1 double Seele turn during the very first action, when Seele isn't in sped-up state, but I didn't take AV into consideration cause I don't really know how that works.

          • Seele can’t really make much use of the drag strat, even if you had a 161 speed Sparkle you’d not really achieve anything with it. However, Seele does benefit from a push strat with Sparkle. The reason Sparkle needs to be slower than Seele, is so Seele can use her extra speed over Sparkle along with her normal attack advance to gain a 2 turn rotation over Sparkle.

            Sparkle > Buffed Seele skill > Unbuffed Seele normal > Sparkle.

            This does a couple things. The first is that it makes Seele SP neutral allowing you to use your SP with your other team members like SW. The second is it simply adds a bit of extra damage and energy gain that she gets with it.

            Basically Seele is the exception to the rule because Seele has her own personal playstyle with Sparkle that no other character can abuse.

            Idk about those speed stats tho, they don’t sound right. As far as i know Seele at base needs to be equal to or faster than Sparkle for her buffed self along with her Normal advance to unlock this rotation that i’m bringing up here.

          • Thank you for the explanation, I think I finally figured out what all the terminology is about.
            I just gave the comp a shot playing Bronya instead of Sparkle, so there’s a good chance something about her is messing everything up, but according to my knowledge it should at least make some sense.

            Characters used were E0 Seele (132 base SPD) and E2 Bronya (163 base SPD).
            Since there’s no way to deactivate Bronya’s E2 I figured out that I could simply avoid skilling with Seele to replace her 25% extra SPD with Bronya’s extra 30%, which shouldn’t really disturb the rotation. Despite both acting within the 160 SPD range instead of 134 one, the rotation was always the same:
            Bronya Skill > Seele auto (with Bronya’s E2) > Seele auto > Bronya skill > repeat

            Do I need to take something else into consideration playing Sparkle? Will the 50% AF interfere with this and break it? Sorry if you already replied to this but honestly I’m quite garbage at math and I’m not really that interested in learning about all the deepest AV calculations.

    • i have been pre-farming for her since 1 months ago, so my relics are complete what left just the traces (still in-progress) i think this is how you preparing for one limited character. you pre-farm it long before they release. by pre-farm i mean everything including stellar jade (180x) in case you rate-off. and that’s what i do, that’s why every single characters i owned is 101% uptime and ready to fight anytime i want.
