[Individual Involved] Bohdan, the Chief Scientist in the energy analysis field and member No. #7 of the Genius Society.

[Site Analysis]
The traces on the site indicate that the subject inadvertently triggered a reaction while operating the observation device, leading to Phlogiston leakage from the vessel and severe injury to the subject's left hand. During the incident, the monocle fell from a height and was fractured.

    • No math needed. Clearly Pioneer set is still Acheron’s best relic set.
      Pioneer provides
      – 12% Dmg,
      – Crit rate 4%,
      – up to 24% Crit Dmg at max stack debuffs
      compared to this new set which provides
      – Crit rate 8%
      – Ultimate Dmg 20%
      – Skill Dmg 45%
      Acheron already has high Dmg modifier on her Ult and she doesn’t need the Skill dmg boost. Quick math, it should be 10-15% worse than Pioneer.

      Relic sets: Genius 4pc, Arena 2pc.
      Main stats: CR body, atk% boots, Quantum damage orb, and atk% rope.
      Sub stats: 5 * atk%, 8 * speed, 7 * CR, 17 * CD.

      The targets are Lv.95 enemies with Quantum weak, not already weakness broken, and Seele’s Amplification state is active.

      When not counting supports:
      • Basic attack damage: 12615
      • Skill damage: 27753
      • Ultimate damage: 53682

      When we count Sparkle, who gives +100% CD, +45% attack, and +48% damage amp:
      • Basic attack damage: 23170
      • Skill damage: 50975
      • Ultimate damage: 96938

    • Under the same condition, when we take away the Quantum weak:

      When not counting supports:
      • Basic attack damage: 9918
      • Skill damage: 21820
      • Ultimate damage: 42207

      When we count Sparkle, who gives +100% CD, +45% attack, and +48% damage amp:
      • Basic attack damage: 18218
      • Skill damage: 40079
      • Ultimate damage: 76217

      Let’s replace the set with the new set, so we trade 10% damage amp and 10% def pen for 6% crit rate and 20% damage amp for skills and ultimate.

      When not counting supports:
      • Basic attack damage: 9442 (~4.8% weaker)
      • Skill damage: 22284 (~2.1% stronger)
      • Ultimate damage: 43702 (~3.5% stronger)

      When we count Sparkle, who gives +100% CD, +45% attack, and +48% damage amp:
      • Basic attack damage: 17558 (~3.6% weaker)
      • Skill damage: 41021 (~2.4% stronger)
      • Ultimate damage: 78721 (~3.3% stronger)

      So if we take away the Quantum weak then the new set is slightly better than the Genius set but the difference is miniscule.
