Story
Head
Clouds accumulate over Orkron's night sky, and shimmering planetary rings are concealed within them. Scarlet snowflakes fall on the heavy helmet, quietly filling the grooves of rusted iron, covering the traces of erosion. The two girls sit in the cedarwood forest... taking a momentary break in their journey. "Look! The air in Orkron smells like raspberries." Scarlet snowflakes fall on the soft, cloud-like sugar threads and quickly disappear. The little Nameless from Toyro laughs and then bends over, holding her stomach. She laughs at her own choice of words — how can one see a scent with one's eyes? After a moment of shared laughter, the silence cuts like a sharpened blade, and the air seems to frost over in an instant. "Frebass, are you still going to the depths of IX?" The question comes from her companion who is always carrying a long blade. She is a good companion, but no one knows where she comes from. The little Nameless hides inside her bulky diving suit. A long pause later, she hands the companion a slightly burnt marshmallow, her eyes narrowed like the silhouette of a fully opened sail: "Of course — because I will walk on a road deeper and further than Akivili's!" |
Hands
"The undercurrent in the sea, Whispering as it pecked at her bones, in one rise and fall of time, She experienced the stages of old age and youth, And entered the vortex." The girl has heard a story like this. In the story, the world people inhabit is depicted as a towering tree, composed of ownerless energy. "This kind of energy is invisible, intangible, incomprehensible, and meaningless," she thought, "just like how IX has no meaning." The little Nameless is somewhat melancholic, worrying about how she would orient herself after stepping into the depths of "Nihility." But soon, she had an inspiration — on her fourteenth birthday, her mother left her with one last gift... a small compass. "If that's the case, as long as the compass senses not the magnetic field but 'energy,' wouldn't that solve the problem?" The little Nameless removed the magnetic needle from the compass, but when the girl descended into the darkness, she realized that the compass' only direction was down. |
Body
"Frebass, the Nameless from Toyro, died for fourteen days and nights. She forgot the cries of seagulls, the roar of the abyss, The gains, and the losses." The little Nameless gazed at the planetary ring wider than the boulevards of Toyro. She decided to launch herself into the singularity in the black hole. "Even Akivili didn't manage to go there." The girl could always hear the distant sound of waves echoing in her heart. "I will walk on a road deeper and further than Akivili's." She prepared herself thoroughly — unidentified rusty metal plates, used oxygen tanks, discarded gyroscopic posture control devices, a self-circulating life support system, and a rectifying hood... She soldered all the materials together, ensuring that the entire suit was airtight. She believed it would protect her from the harm of Nihility. She picked up the diving helmet her father left behind and wore a self-made "Medallion of Honor." Before leaving, she and her companion once again went to the cedarwood forest, toasting marshmallows one last time. Later, when Frebass' spacecraft approached the edge of the black hole, this was all she could recall about Orkron. |
Feet
"O, you who turn the wheel and watch the wind, Think of Frebass, And how she was once as beautiful and stood as tall as you." The lead boots, like iron anchors, drag the girl down further and further. They are dutifully carrying out the task bestowed upon them from the beginning of their conception. The girl never closes her eyes, fighting boldly against the cold and lonely darkness. She remembers the first time she heard stories about Akivili. She remembers the first day she set upon the journey and the "Medallion of Honor" she forged for herself. She remembers the The vast void looms near the end of the vivid memories, yet she suddenly sees a dash of crimson blinking briefly into existence in the center of the pitch-black world. Therefore, the little Nameless remembers the smile she gave from the bottom of her heart when the girl with the sword took the marshmallows for the final time. "I never thought I would meet anyone similar to me. You've walked so much further on this road than me. Therefore, you will surely walk with me till then end, right?" "Of course. Our end has already been determined... However, just like you said — Even though I may turn into a shallow puddle of dead water in the end, there is still a lot I can do on my journey toward that moment. Therefore, no matter what, I have to go try it— — Because I will walk on a road deeper and further than Akivili's!" |

at last DH has a good set that isn’t eagle?
SilverWolf dps BiS
If you are running her crit and not break, maybe. Quantum set might still be better.
i don’t understand, what effect increase by 100% ?
It just means it doubles the prior effects so it will give 16 cr and 24 cd for one turn if your atk gives a debuff on atk
wdym 16cr, isnt its only 8?
sorry that’s what i meant
What about clara? with tingyun she already has a lot of attk, does the mark of counter counts towards the 4pc passive? At E0 she can reapply the amrk every turn (as long as she gets hit ofc).
clara’s (or svarog’s) mark of counter doesn’t count as debuff
This is the most hilariously miniscule upgrade to Ratio’s 2 imaginary 2 follow-up lol. Hell, i’d even say this is a DOWNGRADE. Getting 70+ crit rate on Ratio is so easy that the only real advantage this has over 2 imaginary 2 follow-up is that 2% extra damage on the 2 piece…
thats what i was thinking lol, its almost ridiculous.
10% damage increase + 20% follow up only vs 12% damage increase 24% crit damage and 8% crit rate. That’s a pretty big difference Imo.
Simple math for quick summary
2500 atk x 2 skill multiply x 2.5 cdmg x 1.688 dmg bonus x 0.4 def x 1 RES x 1 dmg taken x 0.9 toughness = 7596
vs
2500 atk x 2 skill multiply x 2.74 cdmg x 1.388 dmg bonus x 0.4 def x 1 RES x 1.12 dmg taken x 0.9 = 7,667
Tiny increase but the new set work on all attacks so good for people who haven’t farm for Ratio yet. Plus I think the extra crit rate mean you can add in another extra 16% – 20% CDMG in exchange from sub, unless you already have god roll off set already
The 2pc effect is not Amplification, it’s just a conditional Dmg Increase.
Examples are Gui A6, Hook E6, Serval E6, Fermata, GNSW, and so on. And while it’s irrelevant for this set since it’s Crit-oriented, conditional Dmg Inc does not affect DoTs unless stated (Fermata, GNSW).
Ah okay, that make the outcome a bit bigger than the damage taken increase
How is it miniscule? These buffs not only apply to his whole kit, they are also stronger. This set should be a lot stronger than others for him. 32% CV and 24% DMG is insane. This will easily be BiS for any crit DPS who can reliably apply a debuff every turn, or even most turns.
Just pair Dr. Ratio with Guinaifen since Guin can apply 3 debuffs lol
12% damage bonus, 8% crit rate, and 24% crit damage for any unit that can apply a debuff with skill + you pair them with debuffers. Depending on your account, it only takes 1 ally slotted in to provide the rest of the debuffs.
BiS for 4* Dan, Hook, and Dps Welt?
ACHERON BEST IN SLOT
ACHETON POWRRCREEPT RATIO
lmao the copium on this is a big one
Lets be real here, every DPS so far has powercreeped the previous ones. You dont really need to be a scientist for this.
Not really, it took till DHIL to power creep Seele and even then Seele can perform better sometimes due to his downside. Jingliu is the first and only to just outright be better in every way.
Jokes on you, Jingliu falls short in one category compared to DHIL. Hotness.
And then even Jingliu isn’t the best in PF while Herta and Serval are outperforming most 5*s
People need to learn what powercreep means. You are trying to compare two units that have different paths, elements, and niches. Ratio is single target while Acheron is AOE. He is not “powercrept” until another imaginary unit releases that can do more imaginary ST damage against imaginary weak enemies than he can. RN no character does the amount of ST damage he does, so I don’t see that being any time soon.
ah, the hoyoverse special. release a character THEN release a set good for them afterwards.
They did it to Ruan Mei too ; – ; all that time getting the thief set and prioritising her desired stats and then the set that will be released alongside this IS MADE FOR HER. The thief set will work but >:( the new one is so much better for her. It’s like messenger but for break effect. Like thanks hoyo but also screw you hoyo.
They are really gonna watch us gear these characters and grind for relics knowing what is coming in 2.0 and they’re gonna LET US. People who don’t look at leaks because of spoilers might need to be informed. Not like major spoilers but just “dear god save your fuel and farm something else or just their planar relics. Better sets are coming. Save yourself before it’s too late.’’ Or something to that effect.
They did the same with the whole DoT roster
the only time we got a set WITH the character was Blade
I’m not fully sure about it, but isn’t it kinda… mid? DoT set loses against electro for kafka, and against physical for luka. The only one benefit from it – you can use it for any dot character. But still, dmg will be a little bit lower.
The dot set is much better on Kafka and other dot users.
No, DEF ignore is very strong. At 2 DoT’s it about equals those other sets in damage, and already exceeds them with outside sources of DEF shred. At 3 DoT’s it is just objectively better in every scenario, and the gap widens as you add more DEF shred sources. No one should be farming lightning or physical sets anymore.
The stars aligned and they decided to give release a character alongside their BiS. They gave us a taste of being confident in our farming choices, and now they like to just keep us on our toes for idk shits and giggles? Lol
You would think people would catch on by now. Prefarming relics is always a losing proposition unless you are farming a very OP set that will never get fully power crept. Theif set is still gonna be BiS for break units though, it just won’t be best for Ruan Mei.
Dr. Ratio’s perfect set (remember his skill inflicts a debuff via on of his traces)
