I’m approaching 600 starlight and just finally got Bronya, is this or But the Battle Isn’t Over better? (My only sustains are fire mc and Bailu, and I plan to get Lynx and Huo Huo in future.)
Does anyone know the numerical value of the “increased chance to be hit” given by this lightcone? For example, Landau’s choice gives an increased rate in numerical form, but this doesn’t. Is it more or less than Landau’s Choice?
