n/a | An elegant and handsome blond young man who carries a giant coffin on his back. As an intergalactic merchant, he was unfortunately caught in the Xianzhou Luofu's Stellaron crisis. And that is how he found his mastery of medicine to come in handy. |
n/a | "What's your occupation?" "Traveling merchant." "What is the purpose of your entry?" "Commercial business." "Do you vow not to violate the laws and regulations of the Xianzhou Alliance, to conduct business activities in accordance with the law, and not to conduct activities outside the scope of the visa permit?" "Of course. I will follow the law." "Do you vow not to conduct any illegal research related to immortality?" "I... promise." "Great, please sign here." "Mr. Luocha, welcome to the Xianzhou Luofu." * Unlocked at Character Level |
n/a | "Hey, do you still remember that guy? Came here often, carries a huge box..." "You mean Luocha?" "Yeah, Luocha... He's an Outworlder, right? But from the way he works and speaks, he feels like those older Xianzhou natives. Has he lived here for long? But then again, he had kept his unique and exotic fashion style..." "Who knows? Maybe it's because his blond hair doesn't match the clothing of Xianzhou." He would sometimes think of home. The devils, the church, the insanity... None of those are good memories. People would clamber to high places in groups just so they could witness their city's demise. If everything were to end, then there shall be at least one witness. "Why do you still wear the clothes of your home world?" Someone asked. "It reminds me of the path I must keep treading. That is all," Luocha answered. * Unlocked at Character Level |
n/a | The people of Xianzhou do not recognize coffins. Each time Luocha emerged on the streets with the coffin, curious gaze followed. If someone were to ask him, "What exactly is this?" Luocha will answer, vaguely, "This is the tool of my trade." "Tool of my trade... I hope I didn't offend you," Luocha stood in a pavilion in the Exalting Sanctum, murmuring to himself, "But then again, our relationship does count as a business relationship, doesn't it?" The coffin responded with silence. * Unlocked at Character Level |
n/a | Luocha carried the coffin on his back and headed into the distance. The coffin made no sound. It did not protest and had no right to protest. "When you keep silent, you are free." The curtains closed, and he left the guilt behind. Guilt is just another weapon to be controlled, a lie one tells themselves to believe they will one day obtain a correct answer. "What's so different about you? Is your pain more valuable and more moving than other people's?" "Go to the Xianzhou," the one who gave him the coffin said, "Don't forget your promise." "Never." Luocha promised, but silently made another vow. * Unlocked at Character Level |

Ahh yeah. He’s coming back!
Husbando
Dunno if he’s getting a rerun despite it being pretty overdue but wanted to ask anyway.
I don’t like HuoHuo, is he the next best option for the triple mommy dot team (BS/Kafka/RM)?
Speaking purely from a limited 5 star perspective, then if the annoying child won’t be used, any of the other 3 will work. People prefer saving Fu Xuan for a crit team cuz she gives free crit rate, but she’ll work on DoT anyway. Luocha has no utility at E0, so slap Fleet of the Ageless on him, and he’s a solid sustainer (it’s what I’ll be using for my DoT team when he reruns). Aventurine works best with Follow Up, but Kafka has a follow up so it’s not totally wasted.
TLDR: Use whichever one you like most. They’ll all work.
Dunno if he’s getting a rerun despite it being pretty overdue but wanted to ask anyway.
I don’t like HuoHuo’s design, is he the next best option for the triple mommy dot team (BS/Kafka/RM)? Or who else is decent?
Important, for all fans of Blade and all fans Klara! Myhoyo changed the Lynx kit and now it is best heal for these two, especially for Blade:
Lynx /4 Star / Quantum / The Abundance
Basic Attack: Ice Axe Climbing Technique
Deals Quantum DMG equal to ?% of Lynx’s Max HP to a single target
Skill: Pickled Camping Tin
Apply [Excitement] to a single ally, which increases their Max HP by ?% based on ?% of Lynx’s Max HP, which lasts for ? turns, if target’s Current HP is greater than or equal to ?%, greatly increase their base chance of being targeted by the enemy. And make the target restore HP equal to ?% of Lynx’s Max HP + ?. [Excitement] can only take effect on the most recent target that was cast on.
Ultimate: Snow Field First Aid Knowledge
Dispels all debuffs on all allies, and restores HP for all allies equal to ?% of Lynx’s Max HP + ?.
Talent: Outdoor Survival Experience
While casting Skill or Ultimate, restore HP for ? turns. At the beginning of each turn, restore HP equal to ?% of Lynx’s Max HP + ?, for allies with [Excitement], restore additional HP equal to ?% of Lynx’s Max HP + ?.
Technique: Chocolate Energy Bar
Restore all allies HP equal to ?% of Lynx’s Max HP.
Traces
Advanced Reconnaissance: When an ally with [Excitement] is hit, Lynx will store ? Energy.
Technical Exploration: At the beginning of each turn, dispels debuffs on self.
Extreme Survivability: Whenever an ally is hit and their Current HP is less than or equal to ?% of their Max HP, Lynx’s Speed will increase by ?, which lasts for ? turns.
Lynx Eidolons
[Trekking with Ski Poles during Dawn]: When healing an ally with [Excitement], increase healing amount by ?%, this effect will also take effect on healing over time effect.
[Noontide’s Portable Stove]: Extend the healing over time effect from Talent by ? turns.
[Afternoon’s Avalanche Beacon]: Skill Lv. +2, up to Lv. 15; Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to Lv. 10.
[Bonfire Camping at Dusk]: When an ally with [Excitement] is hit, increase their ATK based on ?% of Lynx’s Max HP, which lasts for ? turns.
[Aurora Red Tea at Evening]: Ultimate Lv. +2, up to Lv. 15; Talent Lv. +2, up to Lv. 15.
[Cartography at Twilight]: The ally with [Excitement] will receive an increase in Max HP equal to ?% of Lynx’s Max HP, and increase their effect RES by ?%.

Yes, you understood everything correctly – increase of Agro, max HP and mass withdrawal of debuff + on Eidolond increase of Atk + Effect Res. All this gives Lynx.
Lynx is a specialized support for Blade (and to a lesser extent Klara, but for Klara it is also better than March).
Tldr: I want you to skip Luocha pls
No… what they said is: “blade has a f2p support so if you dont want to pull for luocha you dont need to”
Nah. Luocha is like Jing Yuan, he is great for sure, and best in most situation on hes role, but everyone can easily replace him.
Tldr would be more like “Luocha is f2p/lowspenders trap for any cases, even if you whant him for Blade”
Kit is good, but he looks and sounds(EN) like a Gay character.
I am a woman very much attracted to men and I disagree. His voice is great to me. Not as great as JY voice (preference), but Luocha voice is amazing too. Deep and elegant, very fitting.
gay doesnt mean female tho
No, he’s just European.
made sense lol
isnt this the youngest sister of the gepard
the irony
He needs to embrace his Otto Apocalypse side and wear a dress
i agree, luocha (otto) in that idol dress when??

I started the game with SW (got her) and I don’t have a healer/tank except for the free ones (Natasha, Trailblazer Fire and March), should I try to get him too even without the guarantee ?
Thing is, you will probably only need a 2nd healer for MoC progression and maybe some later floors of the base Forgotten Halls.
Until you get to that point though, one of two things might happen.
A) You get Bailu/Gepard with the free wishes you get on the Standard
B) We might get more/official information regarding future characters, that may or may not be Preservation/Abundance
My advice is to wait until the last week or so of his banner, check the livestream/Hoyo’s social media, as they did reveal Luocha, SW and Yukong there before the livestream, then decide.
From a meta standpoint, you can’t go wrong with a healer that can cleanse allies and remove enemy buffs, while also providing some dmg and isn’t skill point hungry.
But like always, as long as you like the character, that’s all that matters, regardless of how good/bad they might be, or end up in the future.
Personally, I think he has great value, since Bailu and Gepard aren’t guaranteed, unless you do the 300 wishes on the standard banner…
Luocha is worth getting even having Bailu.
I would recommend him. a healer with a pretty okay amount of healing even without using skill points and even more healing if your willing to use skill points. he has a cleanse and can take a buff from an enemy its really good tbh and he does a fair bit of imaginary break with his ult and some with his basic since he doesnt seem to need to use his skill all to often. considering you dont have bailu/gepard i would recommend him.
If you don’t already have one of the 5-Star defensive options, I would definitely seriously consider him. Even if you do he seems pretty good. Has a lot of nice things packed into his kit; but much lower priority.
I really want him. I don’t think he is a “must pull” – and luckily I don’t think any unit that’s in the game or is announced/leaked it must have. He sounds very good though and I love his looks and personality so will get him.
I just hope I don’t lose 2nd 50/50 in a row because that would be very upsetting.
I plan all my pulls under the assumption that I’m going to lose the 50/50.
That’s a smart thing to do half empty.
I assume 50/50 us indeed 50/50 and I’ll lose and win AROUND 50% of times.
It’s just so painful to watch my friends win all the time and me lose kek
This will be a case of Kazuha. Those who skip him for the sake of Jing, Sw, Kafka and the like will eventually cry and beg for his reran. As always
Loucha and Blade are so far the only units that everyone should really get.
In the end everyone will get who they want so just mind your own business lmao. I see you people will also be as annoying as some Kazuha mains then?
not as annoying as hu tao mains, thank god.
Skipped Kazuha before, got Ayaka, Yoimiya and Raiden and their weapons. Best decision in genshin.
gonna be honest not true at all. if luocha is very good and i’m sure people will regret not getting him but primarily non bailu/gepard havers. those that have gepard or bailu or both or those that plan to get fu xuan (apparently she’s a defensive unit) wont regret not getting him. also idk what makes you think blade is a priority. he’s cool but not broken
But what about the fact that he looks like a 4 star unit or just a blonde dan heng lazy pallet swap. I don’t think anyone who pulls by design will regret not spending tons of jades on a character that looks 4 stars.
Imagine thinking Luocha is gonna be more useful than SW LMAO. He’s going to be an awesome healer and that’s all. while SW is meta defining.
They didn’t even fill the same role
Jesus, why did they have to make him this op… I would like to skip him, but his kit easily makes him the best current and leaked defensive character in the game by a mile. His peel + utility seems so busted, even his elemental break adds to that. He doesn’t look like a MUST PULL, but he also looks like the best character for his role, I doubt they could make a better character if they tried again. Fu Xuan could make a team immortal rather than “almost” unkillable like Luocha, but she doesn’t have a cleanse or dispel for allies in her kit…
He has no weaknesses, his “panic ult heal” comes in a skill, also when his healing field is up, any damage ult or follow up attack counts as an “aoe panic heal”.
For example, if you’d pair him up with Clara, the two of them would just auto heal your entire team almost all the time. Clara heals herself to full from a single counter, and heals everyone else for 400ish hp at full build(3k att and 44.5% outgoing healing), if you have her ult, it’s a guaranteed 800 hp aoe heal during the enemies turn. The other two members could be literally anyone, and they’d stay alive forever, provided you think ahead and plan out his healing field efficiently(do not play on auto). How broken is that synergy?
I already won my 50/50 for Silver WIFE, but I’m probably going to spend the rest of my jades for just one copy of Luocha. I guess I might have to skip Kafka and Blade, as I really want Fu Xuan too since she’s so cute.
Skip him if you want
its a game, nobody is gonna kill you if you dont pull for Luocha
hes op because theres two healers in the game and hes just better than both of them, give it some time and there will be more defensive options
Pretty much this ^^
People will just have to juggle if the investment in Luocha, or any character for that matter, will pay for itself or not.
If you can go without him, great! If not, he’s an option.
Worst case scenario, you get him and then, on the next time you pull, you get Bailu (if you haven’t gotten her already). But even then, there is some value in the freedom of choice for team building.
