When targets with “Absolute Weakness” implanted take Elation DMG from allies, the DMG taken will be recorded by Silver Wolf LV.999 (except overflow DMG). After the Final Hit of Enhanced Basic ATK, additionally deals True DMG equal to 20% of the recorded value that is distributed evenly among all enemies, then the recorded value is cleared. |
