The 3 turns dmg buff last for 3 of the wearers turns, so it’s possible to keep it up almost constantly.
Currently have it on Asta, and now my full team gains speed and dmg whenever she ULTs.
10 BE away from 150 without any BE main-stats, and only one relic with a good amount of BE sub stat.
Running 4pc “Thief of Shooting Meteor“, and working towards 2pc Vonwacq’s; should pretty easily be able to get 150 BE without sacrificing ER.
