Character Buffs (very STC)
Kafka
* Her FuA now triggers DoT effects on enemies.
Silver Wolf
* E now applies Weaknesses based on the current team’s Type to [all enemies]?. Targets who have a corresponding Weakness also receive a -20% Type RES reduction.
* Q is now an AoE instead of a Single Target. Now has a 100% chance to reduce the DEF of all enemies.
Blade and Jingliu buffs are unknown as of yet.
how much is the def reduced? same as the ult? and the weaknesses aplication… work as the current on her skill? by rng¿
I believe it is a 25% DEF reduction (at Talent Lv.10)
I have e2s1 cas, e2s1 huohuo, e0s1 fx. Is hyacine worth pulling as i saw in leaks that she doesn’t heal as much as my huohuo (around 3k)
E0 S0 Hyacine will be Cas’s bis healer bc of her max health increase, high speed, and consistent healing output. Right now, Cas’s best healer is actually Gallahger as well. While I love Huo Huo and she’s an amazing healer, her kit isn’t ideal for working with Cas.
Pls remember it’s never obligatory to pull a char and you should always consider pulling for what you like first.
she is weaker than huohuo in term of heal but she is faster healing bcuz of her spd and 30% Max HP
+ huohuo provide ER and ATK which castorise doest need it at all
so E0S1 hyacine is better for any character scale with HP and way better for castorice than huohuo
and her e1 is kinda broken to me 50% more HP and heals on ally atk
The only thing that HuoHuo brings to a Castorice team is healing. Cas scales off HP and doesnt use energy, the exact opposite of what HuoHuo wants to give to the team.
Hyacine gives more than just healing, she gives HP, has decent damage, directly buffs Cas teams w/ her hp buff, and her Eidolons are more suited for Cas teams vs HuoHuo’s Eidolons – not to mention Hyacine’s LC
And in regards to the leaks u “saw”, did they show the build? Were they using her BiS relics/Ornaments? Did they have optimal stats for her? Was it the up to date kit?
I also don’t know what relics/Ornaments u are using on HuoHuo. E2 is just a revive, nothing amazing.
So, in conclusion, I believe that Hyacine, even at E0, is a better slot in Cas teams than your E2S1 HuoHuo
FYI, I myself have an E1S1 HuoHuo

Due to certain regulations in the EU, you are now able to buy Warp Tickets directly from the shop. This does not replace buying Warp Tickets by using Jades/Shards.
The pricing is as follows:
1 Warp Ticket = $2.59 / ~400¥
10 Warp Tickets = $21.99 / ~3300¥

For all who screamed last monthes about “Castorice buff break ballance!” – after maximal level of Mirror, Virtual and World Boss i have only one question for you all – WHERE IS THIS BUFF???

When i talk about play good – i mean have adequate team with 5 star characters without eidolons and 4 star conuses – how to see this buff work when you have Legendary char’s with eidolons i can’t even imagine…

People didn’t complain about her global passive, because the revive mechanic is Overpowered (We have Bailu, Fuxuan E2,… who do the same thing or even better) but because it is a global passive. It sets a precedent for future characters who might then have an OP global passive.
And eventually this forces you to pull characters you don’t even want to use in your teams, just for their global passives.
And this makes HSR much less F2P friendly.

In realty you just can’t understand that some eidolons of leg char’s ALREADY break game – but when it become free buff that you can take WITHOUT pull character 7 times – what REALLY hard for F2P guys – you start to scream about “game is broken” – this is strange – one italian zipper-lover mafiozo can tell that you have a taste of a liar )
the issue isn’t that f2p players “can’t get” global passive-infused chars per se
the issue is that the chars with global passives will be -required- for anything that isn’t story mode content, because any next upcoming battle content, each next enemy will have their DMG and HP attuned and catered to the idea of, “the player will definitely have spent their earned stellar jades on each and every global passive character and not on whoever else they would rather like to”
and as much as there is an incentive to say, “oh but they aren’t yet doing anything like that, no need to call the police ahead of a murder! and they absolutely never going to go in that direction if we leave them to it anyway! and we already have archeron, and gertie and and uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh anyway they oneshot simulated universe non-elite mobs so thats just the same as being an imposed necessity to go past 12 stars in moc!!!”

When Acheron gets power to oneshot all non-bosses things was normal – when Gerta get power to find chests and break Virt it was normal – when Topaz can create for you upgrades in Virt just from the air it was normal…
But now when you get one more – its not even first time! – character with resurection skill – that already was in game in Virt at 2 different ways + some characters have this ability – you start to talkin about “bite the players”
dumbest thing is screaming about “balance breaking” in games like this – go get some help

Acheron oneshot all non-bosses consumes technique points, Topaz as a walking compass also consumes technique points
all of these are not part of the combat of the game

1) tech points – you can get it from violet things – you can create and eat some items that restore it…
2) Acheron can ONESHOT any non-boss – not combat – yeah-yeah )))
Herta can one-shot any non-boss and oneshot 1 phase of boss – not combat – yeah-yeah )))
3) Topaz give you relics from the air in Virt – sooooo technically it will be harder to play Virt without her )))

Characters should only have ANY effect on a Team if THEY are IN THE TEAM.

the problem is the global passive itself existing in the game which only to point out that there might be more of the same kind (with the mindset of they do it once its not strange if they do it twice)
the revive buff can be simply be one of her talents(or the dragon’s) it will still be unique to her as a character
the problem here is there is a chance of one global passive being took broken like, global passive allowing you to deal true/superbreak dmg, or stat buff, even mechanic buff that allows you to bypass the enemies’ mechanics would make this game alot worse in meta gaming
Yeah, I did quit HSR most likely forever just like I promised. A huge sequence of money-milking bad decisions from hoyos, totally not interesting plot and characters, absurd balance problems, I just realized it’s not worth my effort and space on my disc. I hope more people will follow my example so we can show hoyo constant powercreep and promises of bright tomorrow are not something we are ready to buy and they won’t turn ZZZ or their future games into garbage by the second anniversary.

I can keep watching game state for a long time after I quit it, because it’s fun. it doesn’t mean I play it, man. I’m not giving them money, I’m not giving them my time. Like, I deleted the game everywhere and have zero intentions to return even for “huge” anniversary rewards, it’s just funny to see the earth shaking after real global passive release. That’s why I’m here. Arguing about the game doesn’t mean playing it, and arguing is much funnier then playing HSR. But when everyone deal with current problems, I’ll lose interest in HSR completely.
