v4 changes
Note: The EN descriptions and numbers are currently incorrect. Here’s the actual changes translated from CHS:

Why are all his non-dmg numbers so wrong? His talent passive stats are gone (increased points from enemy and incoming healing) and tallying up to nothing? The Death proof state lasting 20 turns??? For every 4k above 4k a small increase??? Also his constellation now shows 0% healing converted to charge so huh???
Please do fix your numbers these are all so wrong and over the place… thanks.
